Neighbor Teak Ottoman W/ Sunbrella Cushion - Sunbrella Greystone

Beautiful but needs to secure to the base. I like the materials and it was easy to assemble. Unfortunately the cushion does not secure to the base and slides easily. I've tried to fix it with Velcro but it's not working and I will have to figure something else out

What a great extension to the Sofa! I love to lie down, so I knew we had to get the ottoman to add to our sofa. One of my favorite parts that I didn't even realize I would love prior to buying is that we can move it around to make a more flexible seating arrangement depending on how many people we have over and what our mood is.

Easy assembly, super comfy, so far loving it.

The craftmanship is wonderful but functionally, it needs a little help. Unlike the couch cushions, the ottoman cushion just sits on the frame. this means every time you use it it slips a little and I find my self constantly recentering it. I'm not sure what the fix is, but even a little gripper/texture on the base would go a long way.

I bought the loveseat in green and it's a beautiful color. It was also well-packed, no damage whatsoever in transit, and super comfortable once it's set up.

I love everything about my neighbor furniture! The cushions are firm but also have plenty of give when you sit. They quickly return back to perfect shape afterwards. The fabric is high quality and cleans up really easily. I have a dog, so I knew I'd be frequently cleaning dirty prints. It cleans up with just a damp cloth. I had a hard time choosing between the cushion arm and teak arm, so I did one of each. I like them equally well. The cushion arms are obviously softer, but the teak arm allows a place to rest my coffee mug. I'm thrilled with my new seating area. Fives stars!! As others have mentioned, the ottoman cushion does shift easily. I just applied a few pieces of carpet tape to the top of the frame and it holds the cushion in place nicely.

Great piece of furniture for our outdoor deck. The grey upholstery is perfect. Fairly easy to put together but some directions were a bit misleading. None the less, it's sturdy and very nice looking! Perfect fit.

The ottoman cushion is loose, with no way to attach it to the base, which is very odd. I've seen other commenters say they've used Velcro to secure it, and I will probably try that. Otherwise the cushion moves when you put your feet on it / any motion to the ottoman.

My wife and I ordered two chairs, two Ottomans, and the couch back in March and just received them last week. We were both a little disappointed with how long it took to ship, but understand things are backed up because of Covid. My wife and I were both impressed with the appearance and quality of the furniture. Everything was easy to assemble. Everytime I reached out to customer service, they were prompt and helpful. I would definitely recommend neighbor furniture to anyone.
