After searching for an outdoor sectional for months, I always came back to Neighbor. I loved their sleek design, customization, partnership with Sunbrella and of course, their commitment to sustainability. We made the purchase a couple of weeks ago and couldn't be happier. It looks even better in person. A bonus was that it shipped within a week! We are truly impressed, it is worth every penny.

Can't say enough positive things about our neighbor sectional. The quality of the materials is outstanding. Installation was very simple, and the modular design adds flexibility to getting the perfect utilization of space on our new deck. I also found that the cushions don't get soggy when it rains and they dry fast- a great feature. This was the perfect addition to our outdoor space. Friends and Family rave about the sectional and we can't wait to purchase more neighbor products in the future.

Came sooner than expected, which is always a bonus. I like the modular design, and the components are made well. I was missing a couple of bolts which Allie promptly FedExed to me. Cushions are on the firm side, but not uncomfortable for us. It completes our porch.

We love our new couch! It's super comfy and I'm very happy with the color we chose. I spent a lot of time looking for the right thing, and thanks to the power of instagram‚ this found me. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I found the assembly directions a little confusing, and there were extra parts that made me think I had done something wrong. In the end, I put it together properly, and it looks great.

We are LOVING our new outdoor sectional. Got the largest size for our back porch and can comfortably sit 4-5 adults. Only complaint is the cushions aren't secured on the frame by anything so they move around a bit/don't always stay up. Would love if you could tie them to the frame!

I love everything about my neighbor furniture! The cushions are firm but also have plenty of give when you sit. They quickly return back to perfect shape afterwards. The fabric is high quality and cleans up really easily. I have a dog, so I knew I'd be frequently cleaning dirty prints. It cleans up with just a damp cloth. I had a hard time choosing between the cushion arm and teak arm, so I did one of each. I like them equally well. The cushion arms are obviously softer, but the teak arm allows a place to rest my coffee mug. I'm thrilled with my new seating area. Fives stars!!

Worth the wait. All the delivery boxes seemed overwhelming at first but we appreciate the effort to keep packing materials to a minimum. Thank you! Assembly was smooth, easy to follow, missing a couple screws but we'll get those replaced. Seating is comfortable, cushions stay in place. Overall super functional and completes our patio good vibes. We also ordered the cover, a perfect fit and necessary in Oregon.

The Sectional is assembled and looking great on our terrace. The design and instructions for assembly were excellent. Everything fit together perfectly. Couldn't be happier.

I LOVE my Neighbor sectional. It's sleek and comfortable and sturdy. Very easy to put together, and even came a month early! Definitely recommend getting the cover to keep it looking nice; very easy to take on and off.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
