Our family is pleased with this sectional. I love the quality of the teak and the sunbrella fabric. The green color is subtle but unique. I can't speak to assembly because I hired somebody to assemble it. It took him about 2 hours- I think it would have taken me longer. My only issues with the sectional are: 1) I wish the cushions were a little more comfortable/cushioned. I think some more throw pillows will help that. and 2) the back cushions and arm cushions come out of place when my kids are jumping all over. Easily put back into place, so a minor complaint.

I love the couch but the delivery was a nightmare with four frame parts plus 10 cushions all arriving days apart over a few weeks.

The furniture is comfortable and made very well. The problem I have with it is the back cushions don't stay in place don't know if you can do anything more then the ties?

My wife and I recently bought the Haven sectional for a patio and love it. The assembly was fairly easy and the materials are all high quality making the end result worth every penny. On top of that, the staff were all great to work with and very helpful throughout the purchase process and afterward to make sure we got everything we needed. Very pleased with this company.

So far we have really loved it! The cushions are big enough that we can seat a bunch of people! The look and color are great - and I love that the fabric is soft - and not as rough as other sunbrella materials i have felt. If I could give this 4.5 stars instead of 4 stars I would. My only constructive feedback is the back cushions often fall down to the seat cushion and I wish they would remain in place. For the price point - I feel like this is a reasonable expectation.

My six-piece sectional came missing a leg, and the arm rest will not fit with the rest of the wood frame to assemble. Very frustrating.

This sofa is very poorly made - the wood is unfinished, including the end grain that is 1/8" off the ground. A lot of slop in the joints, dings/overcuts, etc. The cushions are thin and don't stay in place - ties to hold them in place make them pucker and look sloppy. They came out of the box with all kinds of loose threads. It is an absolute joke for the price. I don't know what the folks at Wirecutter were smoking, but this is hardly a winner.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
