I am in live with my Neighbor sectional! The wood quality is gorgeous bd so are the sun tells fabric cushions. I put the whole thing together by myself in under 4 hours!

I purchased the sectional with the arm rests to match other furniture on my porch. Assembly was a little more difficult than other Neighbor furniture due to having to align all of the sections. Further, there were issues with some parts--missing screws and loose fastener on one of the short legs--but Neighbor responded quickly with replacements. I already recommended this furniture to friends because it is just as comfortable as my indoor couch.

I bought the 4-piece sectional in the dark gray fabric. It's everything the website promised. Beautiful teak, solid construction and super comfortable. My whole family is 6' or taller and fit comfortably. I also have a sensitive back and the support is great. Customer service very responsive and friendly. Also got the custom cover and very happy. Just as well made and looks almost as good on as the sectional itself! Haha

We are very happy with this purchase. The sectional looks really great around our firepit. The quality of the materials is excellent, and assembly was reasonably easy for one person. I hope Neighbor expands their product line!

This was absolutely worth the wait! It is beautiful, high quality, easy to put together, and reasonably priced. It arrived in perfect condition. The only (very minor) issue is that we were missing a few bolts, but this was easily remedied. The cover fits perfectly. Overall, I am thrilled with this sofa.

Such beautiful furniture!! I especially love the clean, smooth lines. This will be the centerpiece of our backyard for many years to come. My husband didn't love the self assembly and had a few screws that didn't want to go in. (The color looks different bc I put on a teak protector).

Got our sectional last week, and love it so much. Was easy to set up and looks beautiful in our space. We bought the cover to use when not in use and it fits perfectly. Love the modern and unique style and the durable teak and sunbrella materials.

We could not be happier with our Neighbor furniture. The five piece sectional is well constructed and sturdy. We also purchased a cover, which is thick and will help the furniture survive the extreme weather of the midwest. The sectional was relatively easy to put together, though it took some time based on its size. When we were doing it, we realized there were two screws missing. I contacted Neighbor, they replied within minutes and I received a shipping confirmation shortly thereafter. The only (very small) critique I have is that the sectional instructions did not include the symmetrical configuration. It just took a little extrapolation from the other diagrams, but it would probably be useful to include.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
