This sectional is beautiful. I do wish that the cushions were a little more plush given the price. The back area is low and very square‚ so you will need lumber pillows to help support lower back. Overall we love it.

Searched long and hard for an outdoor sectional that had the craftsmanship and aesthetics to meet my standards. Thought about even building one myself. But thankfully came across Neighbor and I was sold. Took a bit for the shipping but worth it. Great sectional that is very comfy. Kid friendly as well. Only thing is I wish there were ties on each individual cushion fo keep them from sliding around.

We love our sectional. I opted for the Ashe because the plain white was easily dirty.

The sectional is great. The wood is very beautiful. The cushions are firm. The cover fits perfectly. Assembling this the first time is tricky, and I would suggest revisions to the instructions. Were I to assemble another, it would go much more quickly. Finally, the customer service is impeccable. This is a great product from a new company! We are very pleased.

Overall we are so happy with our sectional. There were a few small issues with bolts missing, however, customer service was prompt in addressing and sending replacements. Assembly was fairly easy. We are really happy with our experience with Neighbor as a company and their product. Looking forward to enjoying lots of time on our sectional and definitely recommend the cover as well.

We love our sectional! It's very comfortable and looks amazing on our deck. We had to wait patiently for it to be delivered, but neighbor was kept us apprised of delays. My husband was able to put it together alone in less than an hour. We were missing a couple of bolts, and neighbor shipped them to us promptly. I can't speak to how well the cushions (color and shape) hold up, because we've only had the sofa for a few weeks. But it's a beautiful sofa that we are enjoying daily.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
