It took a long time to get here (which due to Covid is nobodies fault and I was kept up to date), but it was worth the wait. It's great for hosting a crowd or for a few of us lounging on the weekend. We all love it!!

We purchased the 5-piece sectional in May, and it's delivered in August. So, it took about 3 months. It takes about 40 mins to assemble, and some holes do not align well so we ended up using our drill. The sectional looks good and is comfortable. But you may want to use extra cushions to support your back. We have been using it for about a month and have not noticed any stains yet. But they can be an issue later. I am not sure if I can wash the cover. The customer service was excellent!

I fell in love with this sectional at 1st sight! When I ordered, I was skeptical because of delayed shipping, but it was worth the wait! As you can see from the photos, it is perfect for my space. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the cushions not being secured and moving more than I like when in use. Other than that, this company has excellent customer service and offers high quality products.

The company was awesome to work with being very responsive to any questions. They very quickly remedied a shipping error & have been great to work with from the beginning. We still need to accessorize but included a picture to show how lovely it is. My dogs have jumped on it a few times & it is holding up quite well. I researched a lot of furniture for my outdoor lanai & am pleased with the reasonably priced sectional we decided on. They have done their research in picking quality items!

This sectional is beautifully crafted. I really feel like I received a hand-crafted, quality piece of furniture as opposed to a mass produced item. It is very comfortable and we have been using it everyday. The customer service is top-notch as well. Everyone at Neighbor is supportive and all of our needs have been addressed in a pleasant and timely manner. We are very pleased with this purchase.

I love this couch. One of the seat pans arrived damaged out of the box, very upsetting after waiting months for this beautiful couch. Why would i give it a five star review with a damaged product? The answer is because their customer service went above and beyond to make sure i got a new piece as quickly as possible and sent me a partial refund without me even asking. The quality of the rest of the couch is top notch. The cushions were a little stiff at first but are breaking in and I love the high quality Sunbrella fabric. I was able to find a couch that fit my space perfectly thanks to its modular design. I love that they use sustainable teak and that the cushions are deep enough to lounge comfortably. I've been searching for the perfect outdoor couch for years now and I'm so glad I held out for this one. Stylish and comfortable at a reasonable price especially since they use sustainable methods.

It's exactly what we wanted and it fits perfectly! Easy to put together and customer service was outstanding! We've ordered a chair and another module for the couch as we can go out a bit more than we thought! So looking forward to getting the rest of our furniture!

We bought the sectional (6 piece) and the chair for our new deck. They are both amazingly comfortable and exactly as expected. Our sectional and chair are in the charcoal color and we love them. When we shopped for outdoor furniture, we wanted something what would last and look timeless. I love the modern, simple look and know that it will last us for many years to come. Beyond just the look, these pieces are built to last. Such wonderful construction and very easy to assemble. I also wanted to note the customer service....it's amazing! Nick called and wanted to know if we wanted our sectional shipped earlier as they were just waiting on a corner cushion. We jumped on the offer and within no time we had our sectional up on the deck to test out. Chris was also, wonderful on communicating with the carrier when we had a slight delay. All in all, we are super impressed with this company and have already had so many friends ask where we bought our furniture! Love being able to pass on info when you have a wonderful experience! Keep it up guys!

This sectional is so comfortable, and the quality is fantastic! I love the attention to detail and the customer service was top notch. Don't keep wasting your time looking at other sectionals- this is it!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
