Neighbor 5 Piece Sectional W/ Sunbrella Cushion Arms - Sunbrella Greystone

Took a little while to receive the sectional. But this was communicated and it actually took less time than expected. The sectional arrived and it was well packaged. I unpacked it and put it together. Everything was there and it wasn't too hard to put together. Overall the piece was great. Very beautiful wood and the cushions were very comfortable. Very sturdy and comfortable piece. There was a minor issue, but it was immediately addressed and taken care of. The communication with the Neighbor team was second to none. I will certainly look to this company in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

We just set up and started using our 6 piece sectional. Very comfortable and the construction appears to be solid. Teak and Sunbrella are about as good as it gets for outdoor furniture so we are hoping this set last a long time. Set up was pretty simple; I did run into one minor issue where I was missing a couple bolts; the customer service email was super responsive and had replacements out to me asap. Very happy with our set!

I am thrilled with the sectional I purchased. It was well packaged and was easily put together. The only thing I would have liked is better communication about the many shipping delays. I totally understand that shipping is a universal issue it's just nice to have more frequent updates on a large purchase such as this.

We were in search of an outdoor sectional for our freshly built deck. The short side of the corner was about 94 inches and everything we were finding was too long. Luckily I found Neighbor with their modular couch. We were able to build and order something that fit out corner perfectly. We are super pleased with the color of all the materials, everything looks just like the photos online. And from what I can tell, the quality of the fabric and wood seems really good and durable. Assembly by myself was somewhat easy and I was able to get the job done in a couple hours. With that said, we did receive a corner piece where the holes weren't aligned correctly and we were also missing 2 screws. BUT we reached out to customer service and Allie replied literally within minutes. She sent us a new piece and the missing screws immediately without any questions. Even average customer service can make a huge improvement to the process. So seeing how dedicated they were to ensuring their customers are happy was super impressive and made me feel good about our purchase. While the quality control could be a tiny bit better, the customer service was perfect and made up for any of the minor negatives we experienced. Thanks Allie!

Loved the look of the sofa. Quality of the wood seems high. However, cushions were a bit more stiff than I anticipated so it isn't all that comfortable. Cushions also slip around easily. Not quite worth the price.

super comfortable and love that it's low profile. love the design, too!

It took a while to get here but when it did I was amazed at the quality of the sectional. The wood has lasted really well so far with all the rain in Seattle. I highly recommend purchasing the cover to go with any furniture so it can last as long as possible. The assembly was easy and the instructions included were very detailed. The only issue I had overall was trying to figure out where the cushions went. It took a few tries but we finally got it.

We ordered the 4 piece sectional for our sunroom. After much anticipation and patiently waiting it finally showed up. We couldn't wait to get this thing assembled. Assembly was a breeze and a very easy process. Final outcome...we love the looks and the craftsmanship of the frame, However, here is the major negative....the sectional is just not comfortable. I am 6' 1" and my wife is 5' 7". Both of us think the back cushions are just too hard and not comfortable. We could not sit for more than 30 min without feeling sore. As I lean back the back rest cushion keeps pushing down and back through the rope backrest supports. Very unfortunate as we love the looks of this couch. The back cushions should really be double the thickness. Unfortunate the only way this will work for us now is we have to have custome thicker cushions made for the backrest.

We love our sectional. It's very comfortable, seems sturdy, and it's pretty. Only problem is that we are missing about 5 screws. We hope this won't affect its sturdiness. Is there a way to get them?
