We converted our old patio furniture at our restaurant to this new sectional. So far it has been awesome- looks great- customers love how comfortable it is- and my staff love how it looks and how easy it is to clean! Great work!

This sofa is exactly what we were looking for - great quality and looks great too! Assembly was very straightforward with 2 people. We've had it for about a month now and I can tell it will hold up great. We get so many compliments on it. Would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately even though I placed my order months ago, I've only been able to enjoy the furniture for a few days since it was just delivered last week. Seems nice. We'll see how it is after a full summers use.

I got The Sofa and The Chair. They look fantastic on my patio, complementary to my midcentury modern home. I ordered both Canvas and Charcoal covers - used Canvas in summer and recently switched to Charcoal for winter weather - they both have that Sunbrella premium look and feel. The Charcoal is more dust resistant but the light Canvas offers such a delight vibe for the summer. I already washed the Canvas and it looks brand new after 2.5 months. I wish I could post some photos here... Now I am tempted to buy an Ottoman to complete the set! Oh the best of all - Customer Service is top notch! It's not easy to start out a business during COVID but you guys made your customers feel they are taken care of. Keep it up!

This sofa is lovely- modern and roomy. The design of the teak is beautiful and high quality. My husband and son put it together with no trouble. The packaging was all recyclable. All and all, great job. After receiving the sofa, we ordered the coffee table and loveseat.

Overall the frame seems like good quality and is solid. It was straightforward to put together. The seat cushions are on the firmer side to start. They did come with ties to keep them in place which is great. The back cushions are thin and not a wedge shape. I feel the back would be much more comfortable if it were a thicker cushion and wedged-shape (base wider than the top).

Sofa is spacious and looks gorgeous in our screened in outdoor room. Perfect for hosting friends and family for dinner or for sprawling out and watching a movie or reading a book!

We researched outdoor furniture for awhile and finally decided on this and so glad we did! Wanted something simple to assemble, would last and look amazing. It's so comfortable too! Love that the cushions come up the arm so you can lay comfortably. Came much quicker than anticipated and we are already obsessed. Highly recommend! Also really liked the fabric. Wanted to get the lighter fabric but we have young kids so went with the darker. Pretty fabric, has some light stripes running thru it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
