Looks very nice. Excellent feel to the canvas upholstery. Was fairly easy to assemble by myself in about an hour. Comfortable to sit in. Now it’s time to find the perfect throw pillows!

Looking for a minimal, timeless sofa design. I went for the version without arm cushions in Ashe. It looks better in person. Assembly is quick and simple. One of my best purchases this year.

The Sofa is a perfect addition to cozy up our outdoor plaza. They are comfortable and sturdy. The simple style pairs well with the mix of modern, traditional, and vintage pieces gathered in this area. Communicating with Neighbor on this project has been easy, consistent, and timely. We’ll certainly purchase from them again.

The product seems great. I was really happy that at 6 feet tall I could fully stretch out on the sofa. 4 stars (1) because the instructions could be clearer, particularly about where to align the bracket pilot holes for driving the wood screws, and (2) because the screws were cheap and couldn't withstand the torque needed to drive them, necessitating a trip to the hardware store for hardened steel screws.

We got the sofa and ottoman in the charcoal fabric. Very comfortable, seems durable, was easy to assemble. Beautiful and could easily seat 4 maybe even 5 people, esp with the ottoman.

The sofa was very easy to assemble. It is well made and sturdy. The cushions are firm and very comfortable. The only problem was that it took a long time to arrive.

Product looks good and sturdy, but the extended delivery delay is a little frustrating. Looking forward to sitting on the furniture and enjoying the time outside!

Easy to put together and looks nice. Unfortunately, it's just not that comfortable. The seat and back cushions are fairly thin and VERY firm. There's little give in the cushions. I'd wish that at least the back cushions were more form fitting. It feels like a big chair where your back is erect despite your angle, not something to lounge on. For the price, I expected more.

We converted our old patio furniture at our restaurant to this new sectional. So far it has been awesome- looks great- customers love how comfortable it is- and my staff love how it looks and how easy it is to clean! Great work!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
