Neighbor Loveseat W/ Sunbrella Cushion Arms - Sunbrella Ashe

I purchased this as a gift and the recipients are in love with the comfort and quality. It arrived very quickly in easy to carry boxes and assembly was a snap!

This made our patio so warm and inviting, and we've received tons of compliments on it.

This was purchased a few years ago, and while I like the look and the frame, the cushions are intensely uncomfortable. They slide all around, and the back cushions are so thin that you can't lean back against them without another pillow. We've had the cushions replaced once, and there is still alot of gaps between the cushions, making it look messy and loose. I am a furniture designer, and I know how hard it is to make comfortable sofas - but I would recommend increasing the depth of the back cushions, and having a more reliable system than the ties to hold the side cushions in place (or at least ties that are 6+ inches longer. They are so short they are nearly impossible to keep tied). One bench cushion with would be a lot better, but I understand that would increase the shipping cost. Another idea would be to have tabs with zippers along the edge of each cushion so that they can zip together. Wanted to love it, haven't recommended to any other clients.

It looks fantastic (as long as nobody sits on it). The drawback is that the bottom cushions continually slide out away from the frame which causes the back cushions to slide down and the arm cushions do not stay in place. The company's solution was to send me fabric so I can fix it. :(

Based on other reviews I really really wanted to loved this piece more than I feel I do. For the price I'm not 100% the quality is there (instructions for putting it together could use improvement and even after putting it together there are a couple places that don't seem to fit quite right and I wish it wasn't left to me to assemble at all). Made worse by the fact that we ran into issues with the other chair we ordered as well (not assembly issues, but actual manufacturing problems). That being said, it still looks great and serves its purpose - They also addressed the issues we had with the other chair so customer service was good

incredibly easy to assemble and beautiful teak wood and comfortable shape/size to enjoy a book and coffee and company on the patio. Happy to have found a smaller business to support with sustainability in mind

I search & search for the perfect patio set. I wanted something durable but yet stylish. I found it at Neighbor!! I had questions prior to ordering & the customer service was very helpful. I purchased the couch, loveseat, pillows & covers - it also arrived within two weeks, which was a bonus.

We bought the Haven Loveseat and matching Ottoman last summer and are extremely happy with our purchase. We have received numerous complements from our friends and neighbors about the style and comfort of the loveseat. We live in the the northeast U.S. and keep our furniture covered when not using it. So far, it is still in great shape and we have not had any issues cleaning the cushions if we have a spilt drink or our young children track some dirt onto the fabric. Finally, we were very happy with Neighbor's service, most notably when they helped us with a replacement piece after a storm dropped a large tree limb onto the armrest.

Very well made, I really love it. I would like to see them include pegs to cover the screws so they can't be seen

The seat isn't very tall. I'm 5' 10" and the top of the back cushion doesn't clear my shoulder blades. If you're looking for a nice "loungey" patio set, this isn't the one for you. If you don't mind sitting up with perfect posture then it would probably be okay. Nice to look at though
