Well designed and a beautiful addition to my deck.

I search & search for the perfect patio set. I wanted something durable but yet stylish. I found it at Neighbor!! I had questions prior to ordering & the customer service was very helpful. I purchased the couch, loveseat, pillows & covers - it also arrived within two weeks, which was a bonus.

We love our Neighbor sofa. It's super comfortable and big - you could easily fit four people on it. It's just as nice and high quality as it looks online. We can't wait to get some of the new pillows Neighbor just came out with to add to it! We plan to expand our collection one day.

My husband and I bought the Haven teak arm sofa in Rust after a long, frustrating experience with West Elm where our sofa was never delivered in full after a year of back and forth communication. Ordering from Neighbor was refreshingly seamless with a very quick turn around! Customer service was excellent and answered all of our questions quickly. We assembled the sofa and two ottomans quickly and each piece is thoughtfully designed and very comfortable! The only thing we would change is adding some ties to the cushions on the ottomans - they tend to slide around a bit. Very happy with our purchase!

I had been eyeing the haven outdoor furniture for a while and finally pulled the trigger this spring. Overall the couch and chair look great in our space. However I have a few disappointments, the cushions do slide and I'm constantly readjusting them. I noticed a few other reviews mentioned this as well and I agree that this is annoying and wish the cushions would stay put better. Also, the material (canvas) is not as stain resistant as I feel it is advertised. I would say it has only had light use, our dog does not get up on the furniture and yet the fabric is looking stained. I would not recommend this fabric color. Pros - looks great, fairly comfortable (cushions are firm), and the customer support is great. Allie helped us figure out the best pieces and arrangement for our space and that was very helpful! Also love that it is modular.

This was a splurge and so far it feels worth it. The sofa is super attractive and comfortable, and the cushions seem to stay in place. I also ordered the matching pillows and they really complete the look, though they're definitely also quite pricey. The customer service was very responsive when I had questions about delivery timing, and everything arrived relatively quickly and as expected. So yes, definitely recommend if you can swing it.

We have now had our Neighbor sofa for almost 2 years. Though the customer service and advertising is spectacular the product is not. It is very uncomfortable. The cushions move every time you sit on it making it super awkward for parties and guests always having to reposition the cushions. I love the look of the couch but functionality does not cut it at all.

Obsessed with the sofa and all products from Neighbor. Each piece is so well made and so good looking. The sofa is a great size and depth. We have the coal color and love it. Can't recommend this company enough!!!!

The Sofa is a perfect addition to cozy up our outdoor plaza. They are comfortable and sturdy. The simple style pairs well with the mix of modern, traditional, and vintage pieces gathered in this area. Communicating with Neighbor on this project has been easy, consistent, and timely. We’ll certainly purchase from them again.
