Lifetime Warranty

Mont Alpi offers a limited lifetime warranty under which 100 percent of the cost of the stainless steel roasting hood will be covered for fifteen (15) years, the stainless steel cooking grids for fifteen (15) years, the stainless steel tubular burners for five (5) years, the stainless steel firebox for two (2) years, and the electronics for one (1) year. After the stated period the owner will cover 45 percent of the list price for the part required. Labor is not included.

We did A LOT of shopping around before selecting this grill island, and I'm so glad we did! We cannot imagine finding better quality and value for the money! This grill is simply gorgeous ... very aesthetically pleasing while still offering top-notch features and functionality. It arrived earlier than promised - carefully packed, crated and 95% assembled - and once unpacked, is easy to move and quick to assemble. Every feature has been carefully thought through ... from the black stainless exterior, to the very-cool LED lights on the knobs that change color to indicate a burner is on, to the ample in-grill lights that allow you to see well after dark, the stainless steel grates and infrared sear, to the leveling adjusters and casters, to the ample granite-topped work space, to the hooks to hang your cooking utensils, to the ability to easily expand your unit with other option sections such as sink, beverage refrigerator, side burner, etc. It's a thing of beauty that quickly becomes a dazzling key feature in your outdoor grill area! And the performance!!! NEVER have we had any grill that cooked so evenly and perfectly! Customer service from both BBQ Guys and Mont Alpi have been amazing when we had questions. Truly impressed ... we looked at many other islands that cost 2-3x as much for a similar-sized island and grill surface but didn't have half the features, quality or positive reviews. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very nice grill!

I received this grill 5 days ago and have used it several times already..grilled steaks, chicken and cedar plank salmon. Works and performs wonderfully! Only reason I only gave it 4 stars is nothing was recommended on the best way to remove the adhesive protective film. By pulling it off the black powder color was completely removed from the stainless steele.. it looks like I have a two tone color grill.

I ordered the grill as NATURAL GAS. It came with the conversion kit. However, it appears that the LP jets were already removed (I am assuming they were removed because we ordered as natural gas). Can you conform that all that needs to be done is to hook up the hose and NG regulator?

Question:
2 questions, is the back of the unit finished? Read a review that indicated back has no closure. How hot will the grill get with all burners on?

Hi Jeff. The Mont Alpi 957 is enclosed on all sides. The back and sides are finished like the front with the exception of openings for ventilation. As for high temperature, that depends on many things. Basically, after a 20 minute preheat, the grill will reach about 500 F, depending on ambient environmental temperature.

Hi Teresa. Mont Alpi uses granite composite for the countertops. It can be used with the Beverage Center module.

Question:
We would need to put this grill station against a composite exterior house wall. We have a natural gas stub there and it would replace an older propane grill in the location. I noted the 36" from the wall requirement? Can you explain what is driving this requirement? Thanks

Hi Dave. Mont Alpi requires 36 inches clearance from the back for air movement through the cabinet, and to allow space for grill hood to open.

Question:
People seem to have problems with removing the protective coating . How should it be removed?

Hi Kenneth. The best thing to do is to remove the film when unboxing the Mont Alpi components. If you encounter difficulties, we suggest using a heat gun or hair dryer on the lowest setting to help. You may also use a plastic putty knife in the direction of the grain of the stainless steel.

If the Mont Alpi 957 island is installed against a concrete block wall and hooked up directly to a natural gas line, does it still need to be installed 6 to 8 inches from the concrete block wall?

Hi Chris. The Mont Alpi Island requires a clearance of 36 inches behind it to combustible materials. For non-combustibles, like brick, you will need to allow about 6-8 inches behind the island for ventilation.

Question:
On the Gulf Coast the humidity can be extreme, and causes premature rusting. Previous medium quality grills ($750-$1000)last maybe 3 years before they have to be replaced. For close yo $3000 I don't want to have to replace it in 3 years. How does this grill compare in that area with other grills?

Hi Tony. Mont Alpi uses only 304-grade stainless steel that has been powder-coated for the 957 model. 304-Grade stainless is one of the most rust resistant grades, and the powder coating adds another layer of protection against rust.

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb.
