This 31,000 BTU propane gas heater will easily deliver 34 megajoules of radiant heat with its 4-tile ceramic infrared burner. Suitable for commercial or residential applications, the new burner and hexagonal grille design offer 20% higher heat output than the previous model, and the overall unit is 15% slimmer to easily fit anywhere. Additionally, the reflector design gives leeway when it comes to clearance space, bringing the requirement to a minimum of 40 inches of clearance. The design of the head also offers world class wind protection. Components are sub-assembled, saving you time and effort with installation. Continuing that trend, separate finger-pull electronic on and off switches for its battery powered ignition make operation incredibly easy. Gas pipes and your 20lb propane tank will be fully concealed, keeping the streamlined look of the heater in focus. For safety, Heatstrip includes a tilt safety switch and flame safety device in this top-of-the-line heater. The head, heat deflector shield, and protection guard are all stainless steel, coated with high temperature resistant black paint. The stand is E-coated steel with a black powder coated finish. Built-in wheels make moving this portable heater a breeze.

Thermofilm warrants to the original owner that Heatstrip products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years for residential use and one (1) year for commercial use when registered online. Labor not included.

Great looking heater and produces great heat as well. I am impressed with the design as there is a guard on top of the heating element that forces heat in direction intended.

I reluctantly bought this unit 'cause my wife likes the shape but didn't trust something built by an Australian company. For this reason I bought a maintenance plan with it. Surely the unit thermo valve breaks down after 5 uses and one month later opening the maintenance call I have no line of sight of a technician able to fix this. BBQguys and Newleaf (that is the maintenance provider) are just bouncing the issue between themselves. At the end of the day BBQGuys sold a unit that doesn't meet quality standards and a maintenance contract that cannot deliver on maintenance, while taking my money. Don't buy this heather and unclear if and when maintenance plans actually work.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
