I've had the Versa for a while now and have enjoyed hosting pizza nights in my backyard. This summer I took it camping for the first time and it was a huge success! Its pretty easy to travel with and we cranked out 7 pizzas without any issues. The rotating stone and two burners makes it pretty fool-proof to get amazingly cooked pizzas out of the oven each try. The biggest learning curve for me was how to form the dough and launch the pizza onto the stone. Just a bit of practice and I've gotten it down pat. So happy with this oven!

I read the reviews and felt the rotating stone was a feature that sounded great. Purchased this oven and second time we used it the rotating mechanism stopped working. With the stone stationary and the lower burner being only under one section of the stone the oven was useless. I worked with Customer Service at BBQ Guys (who were great) but they had to reach out to Halo. Told to expect response in 3-5 days but it took Halo 3 weeks to respond to them. The answer to the problem was for Halo to send me a new motor that I have to install myself. Apparently they knew about the problem with the motor and had redesigned the part so they assured me it "should work" but that did not stop them from selling me a product that they knew to be defective. I try to be patient and understand that things can happen. But honestly, Halo has failed at every step. I will get my problem resolved but if you are considering purchasing one of these Halo Versa Ovens I would think again.

I have been using the halo 16 for a while now and think it is really great. It heats up quickly and cooks my NY style Pizza in about 4 minutes. My friend wants one but not if you can't use NG. I use propane. It cleans really easily. I have only found two small things that bother me, one is trying to remove the turn table from the unit to clean, maybe I need to lubricant it with something as it's hard to remove. Second is the bottom of the pizza doesn't get even leopard spotting because of the underneath flame, it get darker toward the crust end more than the center but still tastes good.

Great pizza oven that preheats in 10-15 minutes and cooks very evenly. The burner below the stone and the rotating motor really makes this stand out as compared to the competition. Although we have only had a chance to use it a few times, we have been extremely pleased with it.

This is the best oven I have ever used. I had a Ooni for a couple of years and it doesn't hold a candle to the Versa. The rotating stone is a game changer. No more having to move the pizza around so it doesn't burn on one side. In addition the heat source under the stone means that you are not left with floppy pizzas. This is the best Pizza oven on the market run dont walk to get yours

Couldn't be easier to use and the crust was perfect. No more soggy oven baked crust. Solid build and the dual burner and rotating stone are game changers.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
