Great pizza maker! Heats quickly and once to temp, pizza evenly cooks in under 3 minutes. I use pizza screens, which makes it easy to put pizza on stone and take it off when done. Highly recommend this awesome pizza maker!

Beginner home pizza maker here, been looking at a number of options and finally decided to jump in and pick up the Vera 16. Great product, easy to use\clean and capable of moving around with ease. Super excited to see all what I can make using the Versa 16.
My first Pizza Oven!! After reading reviews I pulled the trigger on the Halo, couldn't be happier.
Oven works great, but the motor box which drives the turntable has something rattling around inside it, and there's no way to open it to check what is wrong The turntable works when plugged in, but I haven't had a chance to try it using the battery option yet.
So I already have an Ooni karu 12 and Karu 16. Both are great ovens but 3 years into it, I still hardly ever get the pizzas perfect (I am very very picky with my own cooking). I saw this oven with the rotating stone as well as the IR heating underneath and thought "these guys know how to engineer things". Putting together the oven was fairly straight forward although, you need to make sure you get all the styrofoam out. They pack it so well, there are pieces everywhere. I did have an issue where the IR burner tube was offset from the gas supply tube so make just make sure and check the connections. Another admission I would like to make is I have only had it 2 days so I can't speak for durability. I felt I had to write a review because I did 3 pies today back to back and each and every one came out perfect. I wish they had more videos of temperature settings for different pizzas etc because I had to do a little searching. Found out that for NY pies, it's best to put the temp at low till you reach 600, launch pie, turn to high, in about 4 min, it's done. Take out pie and turn temp back to low. When I took each pie out, I measured the stone and it was slightly higher than when I launched the pizza meaning, it's always ready for the next pie. Not sure I understand the desire to have a 60 second pizza if you have to wait 10 min for the stone to reheat (in regards to the other ovens). Anyhow, great job guys! Thanks again.

Quality equipment. Great design. Best pf all ovens on market.
Overall great pizza oven and well built. Still trying to play with it to keep from getting the crust over done on the bottom burner. A good idea during the build would've been to have separate valve to control bottom burner to prevent this.

I didn't stumble into a life of making pizzas, I was born into it. My parents owned a pizzeria in Western New York when I was born. I owned an Italian restaurant and pizzeria in Missoula MT for 25 Years and partnered with a couple of friends on a take out and delivery pizza business for another 10. Needless to say, I know Pizza. I did a lot of research before purchasing this oven. The one issue that I came across that held true for me as well as the person that had posted it, the bottom Stone gets too hot and the top can't compete with it. I had the same thing happen when I had deck ovens in my downtown pizzeria and we put a pizza screen between the dough and the stone. It solved the problem. We did the same here and it solved the problem. Pizza is cooking about three and a half minutes to a golden brown perfection. I would recommend this oven to anybody for ease of use and a consistently fine product. BBQ Guys shipped promptly to the point where I actually got it a week ahead of schedule. Great job all the way around. One piece of advice, when using Pizza screens oil them before use.

I have used a lot of pizza ovens. this one takes the cake as best i have used. every annoyance ive had with other pizza ovens is solved with this. the even heat distrubution, the rotating stone, the ability to lift the lid, the ability to quick and easily swap propane attachements, the ability to have a wide range of temperatures. THIS PIZZA OVEN IS UNDEFEATED.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
