Loveit,cooks great and I can use it to cook anything.The only problem is giving me a lid/hood with no hinges,it just hangs off the back and spill the grease drain every time. If you have to raise the price a bit include some hinges for the darn lid,seriously! If I had know the lid /hood just hangs off the back I would not have purchased it. Got me once,but not again.

It gets super hot so get your oven mitt! You will need it when you reach to the back. It has the extended griddle and the extra space makes a difference! There is also a lot of space in the cabinet.

While putting it together it appeared to be pretty cheap, especially the nuts and bolts. Stripped out and cross threaded easily (low quality). Once put together it is pretty sturdy. It's tough to level it so that the grease drains the right way.

Missing nuts for shelf bracket. Required purchase of individual nuts. Not easy to install the nuts. Some starter electrodes were bent out of shape. I don't have a lot of experience with cooking on a griddle, but so far I am happy with purchase.

Product as described. Had an issue with two screws that weren't completely tapped through but another 6 mm bold and some muscle took care of that. I didn't have a 6 mm tap. No big deal though. Works great. Looking forward to many cooks on this unit.

A very heavy duty but missing a few things in the design. It's missing a paper towel holder. And I believe the big fancy silver black stone in the front should have slid out to incorporate a trash bag. Hint hint And if it all possible make it retrofit to the one that I have. Thanks

Very well made unit and the side burners are a great option for me. Turns my BBQ area into an outdoor kitchen. Only dinging one star because this unit should have a leveling system so that once the griddle is positioned you can level either the entire unit or the griddle surface. Aside from that one note, it's a really well made unit.

I purchased my Blackstone griddle as a gift for my husband. I love cooking on this. The fryer and additional burner option is great. We've cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner on this thing. We had no problems putting it together; although it was heavy. There was no damage to any of the parts. Overall we are very pleased with this purchase / product. I would definitely recommend it. And the videos posted from the various Blackstone staff are great for recipe inspiration. If I had to list cons, it would have been nice to have hooks for your tools to hang from as you're cooking (I just put magnets on the underside).

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
