Severely faded and not evenly, the expansion section has been open since I got it and it's still grey, the rest has turned light purple, not a good look. Contacted customer service and there is nothing they will do. Horrible cover and horrible service considering the many thousands I have spent on this smoker…buyer beware!

I have had mine for just over two years, and it has faded, as others have mentioned. However, the interior seams are starting to deteriorate, and the corner handles fell off from dry rot. I am buying another, but I wish they were a little more durable.

I had read that this cover fit the Ironwood XL and allowed you to keep the PAL accessories on. Well I am here to say it fits great! I am not sure why Traeger doesn't design a Ironwood XL cover that will fit with the PAL accessories attached but this one fits just fine. It is a little loose on the top where the barrel is but fits perfect everywhere else. I'd buy again for sure!

Great accessory for protecting my investment, however had the cover for 2 years now and it has faded quite a bit. There is also signs of tears due to sun damage. This was not an inexpensive accessory in the first place but necessary to protect the grill. The concern is having to continuely replace every few years can be extremely costly over time. What can Treager company do to support the consumer to protect their investment?

Cover is very sturdy and well built. The zippers are a heavy duty plastic that won't corrode. The cover fits like a glove. Has easy to remove. It has easy to grip straps at each of the four corners. Definitely recommend this to protect your Traeger investment.

Very disappointed in this cover. The fit of the cover is good as long as you do not have accessories attached to your grill. I have a butcher paper holder that I need to take off every time I put the cover on which is annoying. As far as the quality of the cover it turned pink after 3 months outside and Traeger has told me it is because of the UV rays, even though all the other covers for my cooking equipment hold up much better than 3 months. So unless you like a pink cover in your outdoor kitchen stay away from this cover.

Cover fits great and offers nice protection from the elements. It is heavy duty. The reason for 2 stars is because the cover is not even 6 months old and it's already turned from Gray to Purple. I'm embarrassed to wrap my grill in this purple cover. Awful.

Overall good cover but won't fit if you have any P.A.L accessories on either side. It has expansion on the front but not sides so the paper roll holder on the side as shown in most pictures has to be removed each time the cover is installed.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
