5-Year (Limited) Warranty: Component Replacement
For five years from the date of your original purchase of the Products, Blaze will provide, free of charge, Products or parts (including LED light bulbs, if applicable) to replace those that failed due to manufacturing defects subject to the exclusions and limitations below. In Blaze's sole discretion, they may choose to repair or replace parts before they elect to replace the Products.
2-Year Warranty: Compressor Only
For two years from the date of your original purchase of the Products, Blaze will provide, free of charge, compressor parts to replace those that failed due to manufacturing defects subject to the exclusions and limitations below. Blaze may choose, in their sole discretion, to repair or replace parts before they elect to replace the Products.
1-Year (Limited) Full Replacement
Blaze's obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at their option, of the product during the warranty period. The extent of any liability of the Manufacturer under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement. This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts, damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product, use contrary to operating instructions, or alteration by anyone other than our factory service center. The warranty period is not extended by such repair or replacement.

I would give zero stars. We had this fridge 3 years and kept if off about 350/365 days a year. It broke after very minimal usage. They don't make parts to fix it. GARBAGE. Save your money and time.

Bought ours in 2015. Still working and cools well. Sometimes forms ice though on the shelves. BTW, did not buy the stainless steel door. Our usage is light, and we live in San Jose CA (so the weather outside is good most of the year).

The only problem I had with this purchase was the color. It is not a traditional stainless steel color, it's actually a black stainless steel. So, it does not match my grill side burners, built in storage drawers/doors, or anything else. This was not in the description, it just said stainless steel, they need to fix that in the description.. Otherwise, you will end up with something that does not match, and it's really annoying. That is the reason for only a 3 star rating.

I put in a custom outdoor kitchen when I built my house 10 years ago. My kitchen is covered by a large cedar pavilion. I have a 40" Blaze Grill, cabinets and this refrigerator (with the stainless steel sleeve option). I love it. The only negatives follow: Sometimes ice forms on the beer cans in the back of the Frig. Also, I installed stronger shelves to handle more beer!

Garbage of a product, expensive and breaks like the cheap stuff. Customer support is non-existent. 2 Blaze products in my back yard and both has malfunctioned within 2-3 years of usage. I will recommend staying away from the Blaze products to everyone shopping for outdoors equipment.

Mine broke down too. Compressor was good, but I had to replace the capacitor, which is very easy and cheap. Watch some videos on YT and I believe most people can do this themselves...

This fridge broke in just 2 years! As an outdoor rated appliance, kept in the shade within a covered lanai and under a granite countertop, this should have lasted 5 years minimum. At a price point of almost $600 for a mini fridge, and with the Blaze brand, I expected better quality. Will not buy Blaze again!!

Hi Martin. When used with the trim kit, the Blaze 20-inch refrigerator will have about a 1/2-inch gap on the sides and the top.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
