I have owned a stainless steel grill for over twenty years which served me well. While looking for a replacement I researched several brands until I finally decided on Weber brand because of reputation and availability. I do like using a larger grilling surface as it just gives me more grilling options. I also purchased the 1/2 griddle which is plenty big enough for my use and I still have 1/2 grate area to cook at same time. I like the product so far, works well and I anticipate buying the rotisserie soon.

The grill itself is great. However I bought most of the Webere grill accessories and this is where everything starts to go bad. 2 of the accessories I purchased, there were more are the full middle and the partial griddle. The full is almost ok, not like my 2 blackstones that are amazing as griddles, it sort of works but you have to have a lot of patients. On the other hand the partial griddle so far has been a disaster. Could not get it hot enough to season. First cook terrible never really got hot. second cook after phone calls to customer service (terrible experience) and emails. Went a little better but the griddle can not stay up to temperature it goes from 498 to 200+ in minutes. I have an open customer service call in and they now want to try something different. So basically the grill is great. Knowing what I know now I would never purchase the either of the griddle options. By the way I have 3 other Weber products, OK. 2 treagers, Great, 3 Blackstones. So you can see I have some experience with cooking outdoors. Oh by the way my biggest complaint is with their customer service, hope you don't have to call them.

Seriously the assembly directions were the best I have ever seen. The packing was secure and all pieces were where they were supposed to be. Solid construction and modernized for the times. I retired my old Weber grill after near 25 years. We are firing the new grill up for a birthday bbq coming up but expect classic great experience.. Family and friends complement the appearance. We are planning the menu now.

Love the new Weber, replaced a E-310. Love having the extra room on the grill also bought the full size griddle. Now have the best of both worlds. Only giving it 4 stars because grill lid comes down slightly askew. My old grill was a tank and dead solid, everything was closed evenly.

Very nice product for the price. I purchased this for my husband who grills almost every day. He would complain about flare ups and maintenance of other grills which peaked caused me to look into the Weber line. The easy pull-out drawer for cleaning and the additional grilling options has made this purchase well worth it. Assembly did take a while and was easier with two people, but not terrible at all.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
