The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. The grease management system got a facelift as well: the removable drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for seamless cleanup, with an included scraper just for good measure.

The burner knobs follow suit, swapping the plastic construction from Weber Genesis II for metallicized knobs that lend a premium feel, not to mention greater durability. As a bonus, each knob is notched with small-spaced tick marks for more precise flame control. Bought a new Weber 300 Series Genesis Grill when we first moved to TN in 2010. We sold it with the house in 2025 and purchased a new 400 series Weber grill for the new location. The price was competitive, and the brand name is synonymous with enduring quality. This grill looks great and performs flawlessly -- just as expected from Weber.

I am not a real outdoor barbacue guy in fact my children all cook on when I have them over on my old grill ,however with using this grill I love cooking on it,I love the built in meat thermometer and the other features like the tank meter to let you know that the propane is low,it is truely worth the money

This is my 4th Weber. I was anxious to get this new model but was very disappointed with the documentation and instructions for use. There is no real directions on how to use the new Smart features and panel. Also disappointed prior to purchasing this grill I called to get a technical questions answered. Was transferred to an Indian operator who was clueless. I thought Weber is AMERICAN MADE so why is support in India? All said I am a Weber fan and will figure it out in time.

The setup instructions were easy to follow. Once built the BBQ was impressive looking. The BBQ heats up quickly and holds heat well. Solid design and solid feel. Would certainly buy again if needed and would encourage people to purchase this model.

3-D online assembly guide is an awesome step forward from the old paper copy's, it was a huge help to be able to tap on the different screws and bolts to see exactly which ones it was and rotate the image to get it right the first time. Loving the Grill performance just got it third time I've cooked with it, loving the versatility of being able to switch from a grill to a griddle. Excited about doing more cooking outside, especially during our Fourth of July family get-togethers!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
