Bought this for my husband & it came damaged - I sent email & they sent a new one right away - My husband has used it several times & really likes that is collapses for easy storage & that it has a lid.

I've had my eyes on these for a little while now however the price point was a concern. Eventually I gave in and bought the original and XL. My first use was to brine two 3lbs turkey breast for Easter. Plenty of room in the tub for that and the brine. However I made a mistake… I set a pyrex with my sweet potato casserole on top of it…. Overnight the weight of the casserole was too much and it collapsed in the middle of the night… the brine went everywhere. Lesson learned. However prepping the turkey and covering it in rub this was supper helpful. Not mess or wasted rub. Love this. Rested and carved right in the tub. Happy here!!! Only major wish for this for the lid to snap into place when the tub is popped out. It kind of just rest on top. All in all I'm happy with it. Probably will eventually add the Jr. to the collection.

Used mine twice all was good, when I pulled it out for use this Thanksgiving it had a tow in long split in collapsable side. Straight to recycle bin.

Hey Curtis! The lid on these prep buckets do not snap down and are not sealed at all. They're just there to cover the contents very temporarily (like when you're grilling outside and don't want bugs in your food!). I hope this helped!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
