We are multi day rafters and overlanders and climbers. This is the best double burner table top stov3 we have ever used. These two 20,000btu burners are outstanding with tons of power and control. Make an Everest 1X and people will love it too! Same burning, and 1X smaller package!

We bought 9 of the Everest 2x for our scout troop.(we have over 170 scouts and avg 65 per camp each month) first camp knobs came off, some how the plastic at the top of one of the regulators melted and by the 4 camp the most of the latches and knobs have simply fallen off. Granted the kids can be rough but the latches even fell off just after opening the box. Now for the greatness, the burners are and grill are study. The burner put out is very strong and quick to heat and easy to light. The value ratio to ruggedness is acceptable given their arent handled with the most gentle hands of scouts.

Fickle. 2 burners don't work sometimes, or 1 is weak and 2 useless. I assume it's a regulator issue. Bummer as it's new.

The Everest 2x is a great camp stove . It's a bit powerful but it is also controllable. Boils water effortlessly and fries with finesse. The wind blocks secure with side latches that buckle down Solidly and the carry handle that's integrated into the body is no frills. This stove is huge compared to most and at twelve pounds is not the max packable stove. This powerhouse with forty thousand btu combined has my vote. I rate the Everest 2x highest of all that I own.

I had no idea a stove could be this good! From boiling water to a complete meal, this stove makes cooking a breeze. I had no idea what I'd been missing. The extra BTUs really allow us to save a lot of time waiting on food to cook. We even added an iron griddle for a perfect grilling scenario. One of my favorite features is being able to lower the heat to simmer without losing the flame. This used to be a constant battle while camping. The heat shields are fantastic at directing the heat to exactly where you need it. We spend so much less time cooking and more time camping, thanks to this stove. Love this Everest 2X soooo much!!

I had another two-burner stove for many years, but it never could "simmer". I've been using the Camp Chef Pro 14 and Camp Chef Professional Outdoor Oven for years and thought I'd give the Everest two-burner a try. It's what I was wanting - from a functioning simmer up to full boil. Used it on a hunting trip for a full week and it performed flawlessly.

The regulator arm on this stove has failed two times now and Camp Chef will not take care of a replacement because it is out of the warranty window. Would not recommend.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
