We lover our Camp Chef Portable Highline Grill. It's a great addition to our home and especially for tailgating. It folds up and stays together while heading down to the game. Other models we have used, the grates and flame diffusers would be all over the place. This grill is ready to use once we arrive at the stadium. The capacity of the grill seems endless as well. Love it. Go Hawkeyes!

This is a great weekend grill! I would've given it 5stars, but the delivery was delayed a week and a half. I ordered it for a church function that was well within the initial shipping time frame, but there was an issue on the docks of the company and it wasn't delivered in time for the function. Regardless, there's more outdoor events coming up with summer just around the corner. Nevertheless, when I did receive it, the weather was nice enough to test it out and it did amazing. I cooked an entire meal on the griddle top I bought with it in less time than I anticipated. The burners are putting out well enough heat to get the griddle surface ready to cook in no-time-at-all. Beach days and camping trips will be well worth the time saved to cook with this portable camping grill. I recommend it.

I am so happy my wife got me this for Christmas. Have always enjoyed camp chef products and was super excited to get this. Finally got around to cooking this weekend and all the food turned out great!

It's a great grill, spacious and powerful. Mine can easily get to 700 degrees at the grates when desired. Also nice that I have the option to fold up the legs and take it with me to games, to a friends's house, or just to store it in the garage easier during hurricanes. I thought I would miss having a hood for grilling but not having one hasn't adversely affected anything yet. The Highline consistently puts out great steaks, burgers, dogs, chicken, vegetables etc.

I bought this flat top and it is beyond awesome! Very easy to put together and I love that the legs fold up to make it easy for storage and we can use it on the tailgate of my truck. This is a must have!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
