used first time 3-24-18. Has a pin hole leak in oil channel (opposite end of oil drain hole) and made mess on patio. Also the ignitors are not as good as I expected. Will see how their customer service handles this come 3-26-18. not pleased at this moment.

For years I have tried various griddle options for grills and stoves only to end up disappointed in the results. I was looking to replace my aging disgracefully propane grill and decided to take a chance on the FT600 since you can remove the Griddle and use it as a grill. I don't think I've used my stove since I got this thing, it's made great breakfasts, stir frys, burgers, cheese steaks and even pork griot. I find I can cook faster with this than my old grill ever did.

I ordered this from Outdoor Cooking and have been using it at least weekly for breakfasts, searing reverse-sear steaks, etc. I especially love cooking Waffle House-style hash brown potatoes on it.

I had been looking for a flat top that could convert to natural gas for a while now. All I needed was a conversion hose and a number 54 drill bit to drill out the gas orifices. My one regret is that I didn't buy the larger grill.

I was hesitant to buy this product. I'm not real mechanicly inclined. I was afraid I couldn't assemble it properly. It came in and I unboxed it. That night I read the instructions. The following morning I began the assembly. It took me by myself one and a half hours. Very simple process. Cooking on it is even easier. Now if I just had the money to buy the Woodwind pellet grill.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
