Works just as it should. Grill works good and the flat top is heavy and really nice. Made fried rice for the first time, turned out great!

My Husband really wanted this grill, we found one that was somewhat like it but didn't have the features he wanted. He loves grilling, and now he can even start grilling breakfast!

I bought the camping one 3 yrs ago works great and prefect for motorhome love our food off the griddle had to buy the upgraded one to add to our outdoor kitchen love it

My husband and I received this flat top a couple of weeks ago. As soon as we got put it together, we oiled it lightly and seasoned it well. That night we went big with a true Japanese teppanyaki meal. Chicken, shrimp, fried rice, and zuchinni and onions. It was delicious! We have cooked all of our breakfasts on it, including hash browns, eggs bacon, sausage, and ham. We are looking forward to making pancakes soon! We have cooked dinner together on it almost every night...from burgers, brats, grilled chicken to steaks and scallops! Nothing sticks to the griddle, and clean up is so easy. Just a little water and a wipe and its good as new. We can't say enough about this griddle, the heat is perfectly even..no hot spots at al! We are food lovers and love to entertain family and friends and cook for them. We enjoy grilling, and smoking meats as well. This is by far one of our favorite new ways to prepare yummy meals! I bought this just for cooking breakfast. Now I'm doing all sorts of things such as Fried Rice, steaks, smash burgers, vegatables, etc Everything I try comes out good. Clean up is a breeze. Oh, and it cooks breakfast too.

I bought this a few weeks ago and love it. I did quite a bit of research between the Camp Chef and Blackstone. I went with the Camp Chef due to the grease drain/catch, the griddle lifts off to make a grill and the two shelves underneath. I have used it a few times and so far very happy with this purchase. This is my first griddle and I am sure as I use it more, I will learn to control the heat better.

I bought my Camp Chef about 1 year now. It is terrific. We cook on it constantly. Never really into cooking or grilling much before but this griddle has turned me into a cooking monster. My entire experience with Camp Chef has been great. One of the knobs was printed backwards. I sent them an email and that same week I received 4 brand new (correct) knobs. Now, I'm looking at the 6 burner baby........just gotta think of a way to sneak it past the wife. Thanks Camp Chef. Great product.

This grill is awesome. I have dinner parties at my house and can easily cook for ten people. Tacos, burgers, bacon, eggs, veggies... It's one of the best purchases I have made. It would be nice if there was a viewing hole so you could see if the burners are lit.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
