Easy to install and instructions were clear. Even provides extra parts for different size gas valves.
Change kit has more parts than needed. Apparently they use the same kit for multiple products. This makes it somewhat confusing as to which parts to use. They recommend using a thread sealer paste, but don't provide it. It's difficult to know how much torque to apply when installing the new nipples. Easy to strip out the valves. Also, the hose isn't long enough for my house. Need closer to 15 ft. So then I have to buy a replacement hose or extension.
Great product, relatively fast shipping , easy install

I give this product a 5 for functionality after installation, but a ZERO for installation. Having to sum this into one number I get it a 4. The installation instructions do not adequately or properly describe the process. My griddle is a Pro-series 36" model, which we love to cook on. First, the installation guide did not even mention the fact that the piezoelectric starters are attached to the burner tubes on a short wire thereby requiring the installer to either remove them (which I did not do since they look like they are not intended to be removed and due to high heat the nut and bolt are baked together) or to try and wrestle the tube with piezoelectric element attached out of the way (which I did). This wrestling is made more difficult since the piezo element is on a short wire and cannot move much, and the far end cannot lift directly up as it states in the directions (step 3) due to a fold of sheet metal being in the way, but must be angled and wrestled sideways until the near end can clear the jet and the hole it is in. This is not easy to do without bending something (which I did not do) – be very careful. See pictures. Next, the tool that is supplied to remove the jets is almost useless since it is too short on the angled end to reach into the recess where the jet is. This then requires that you use the long end to reach in but then (due to the hard setting sealant that they used) you can't unscrew the jet by hand requiring that you apply some kind of "cheater" on the short end – I used a crescent wrench – see pic. BTW – the jet is a 7mm hex which is unusual. Had they designed it with an 8mm or 6mm I could have used a standard socket wrench – but I do not own a 7mm socket – being an odd size, most people don't. The thread sealant is very tight and thus requires a significant amount of torque to unscrew the old jet – almost to the point where you think you risk stripping it. Once the jet is out, there remains debris from the old sealant in the threads which should be cleaned out or else it may clog the new jet (not discussed in the guide). I used a Q-tip with some alcohol which seems to work. Finally, the removal of the old propane hose and replacement with the new NG hose is difficult but not impossible. You have to come in from the right side just above the paper towel rack with a ½" open end wrench to back-up the torque on the downstream side of the fitting, and put a ¾" open end wrench on the nut on the hose. There is just BARELY enough room to do this, but it can be done. The instructions say to use "an adjustable wrench" which is not adequate since the fitting is very tight and you risk bending the attached tubing if you do not back up the torque as I described. Once the conversion is installed, it worked perfectly. The old jets and propane actually provide too much heat as evidenced by having to cook everything on the lowest heat setting. Since Natural Gas has less BTU content, the burners naturally run slightly cooler, so now we're frying bacon and hash browns on medium-low rather than low – which is just fine.
My local hardware store installed this for me. It works great!
Very easy to install! You may have to buy extra parts to fit right depending on your configuration. Good product just overpriced.
Has everything you need to convert to NG and only takes 10-15 minutes. Of course I converted mine before first use while I was putting my griddle together, it may take a little longer if you used yours before conversion. Have no issues with the conversion of my 28in. Griddle/Air Fryer unit.
Easy to install and works great, had all the necessary items to get the job done
Wonderful product so glad I can use natural gas now.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
