Had to totally re-plumb my gas connection because my original connection was yellow but know I have yellow and orange. Not sure if Blackstone has a Yellow and Orange kit or not. would have been nice to be able to get a "Yellow" conversion kit but it still worked even though I had to totally re-plumb my gas line.

The natural gas conversion kit is great for connecting to our house stub out. It eliminates the need to make sure the propane tanks are full prior to grilling.

Kit should have contained the sealant. This was a major hassle. It made my Blackstone experience sour.

I bought a new Blackstone, but didn't want to have to deal with propane tanks. All done, it is great, but there are a few things to consider. Make sure the Blackstone you buy is one that can be converted. Not all of them can. You can probably do the conversion yourself, but I had a plumber do it and it was a good decision. One of the jets in the one I bought broke off when removing it. The plumber knew how to extract it. I would not have known how. I was replacing a BBQ grill I had used for about 10 years with natural gas. The receiver coming out of the wall was a different size than the Blackstone. So they had to replace that part. Luckily, I got it all done in about an hour, but that would not have been the case had I tried in myself. So before you start make sure the receiver is the correct size. If not, you may want to have a plumber do the whole job. The good news for me is that I never have to worry about propane running out.

Works just as expected. I wish it was 1/2" fittings on the gas line side and not 3/8". 1/2 is a more common gas line size. Be careful not to snap off an orifice, however I had 2 extra in the kit just had to use an ez out to remove the broke one. Once it was all installed it was great.

Simple and clear instructions to convert. The gas line has a "standard" male end that fit an existing quick disconnect I had installed for my Weber prior to moving it to another location. Only note to others is be careful installing new orifices in the grill. Not a big fan of using a tool to start a fine threaded item. All went well! Thanks!

The kit is fine but the jet replacement process resulted in cracking the valve housing. I've owned the griddle for only a year and the effort it took to remove the propane jets first sheared the jet in the valve housing and the the housing cracked as we tried to remove the broken thread part of the jet. Can I order a new valve assemble through your web site?

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
