Perfect size! Price was cheaper at Walmart for the same size! I even did my shopping, online didn't show they had any. But went in store and they had a ton. But our was already purchased.

I bought for Father's Day. Nothing will tighten up and we can't get the griddle part to lock into place. The lid is so tight/ bent that it took both of us to get it off. And that's holding the griddle part down and pulling the lid as hard as possible!!! VERY disappointing!!!!

I really like Blackstone griddles. This is my second one that I bought for a second home. I was very disappointed in the build quality of this griddle. One of the pre-installed screws for the side shelf was cross-threaded, so it was difficult to adjust. The hole underneath that screw didn't line up with the welded nut on the inside, so I had to drill out the hole to make it line up. The U-bracket for the LP tank holder was so wide that the shear pin wouldn't go out the other side. I had to bend the bracket to make it work. The griddle top doesn't slide all the way back to lock into place. The show-stopper was that the gas regulator leaked so much gas, I couldn't safely use the griddle. I eventually took a gas regulator off another grill and put it on this griddle so that I could use it. I submitted a support ticket notifying Blackstone of these issues and requested a new gas regulator. Even with these issues, I would still recommend Blackstone griddles based on my experience with the first one I bought. However, if you are not handy with fixing things, this grill would have been impossible to use.

Nicely built. Strong.Easy assembly. Wheels actually roll. I do think Blackstone should include an extra cotter pin (just in case). in the hardware package. Took about 30minute assembly by myself.

Purchased my 28" Griddle from a big box store. This is the easiest assembly I have encountered. The instructions were excellent. The parts were precise and all of excellent quality. Everything including the cover is old the highest quality. I seasoned and cooked on my new BlackStone yesterday and am continually impressed. Hats off, singing praises, and SHOUTING from the rooftop. I LOVE my BlackStone.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
