Love the grill, but the top cover was bent in one corner during shipping I imagine, and it doesn't fit correctly on the grill. I'll be needing a new cover, but the grill itself is amazing!!

Easy to use and the hard cover is a must. I'm digging it. So far I've made breakfast with ease, fried rice and still need some practice, cheese steak magic and veggies for my fajitas oh yeah!

This grill is awesome. All I want to do is grill all our meals. Wife may be happier now that I am cooking most meals. Bought if for our cabin in Utah, but now have to buy another one to stay here. Best purchase ever.

My one and only complaint is how the stickers would not come off cleanly no matter what I tried. Otherwise it was an amazing purchase, not overly difficult to put together, and has been nothing but reliable.

Four stars because the two side pieces came with giant advertising stickers that would not come off. Used goo gone and a razor blade and still the sticker residue will not come off. Reached out to customer service and they were great to speak to and they are sending new side peices but I don't know why you would ruin the grill with these stickers in the first place. The grill works great and we have a great time using it! Definitly recommend the grill to others!

I love this griddle! I had been eyeing the Tailgater for my travel trailer for a while, but when I had the chance, I got the 28" with the hard cover for my home instead. As a hobbyist fabricator, I was impressed with the quality of the metal this product is made with. Everything is heavy gauge. The assembly is so simple. I'm not a huge fan of the plastic knobs, and the ignitor seems cheap, but we'll see. I imagine they will hold up just fine and if not, Blackstone has them listed on their website as replacement parts. I am planning to build a backyard BBQ/grille station and this griddle will be hard mounted in a concrete countertop, so I did not attach the side tables, but even those are made from impressively thick metal. I was not sure what size to go with, but for my family of four, the 28" has ample room for whatever meat plus veggies or bread on it all at the same time. I love cooking outdoors, usually on my charcoal kettle, but my wife LOVES the char and flavor this griddle gives to food. I just did burgers, veggies, and peppers on it last night and even though she is used to my amazing cooking skills, she commented on how the flavor of everything was somehow just better. No need to use my cast iron skillet and make a mess all over the stove, now I just go outside!

I bought this for my two sons. They have been using it almost every day in the dead of winter cooking breakfast and dinner. They like this better than grilling.

I just bought my grill and love it. I seasoned it and made some burgers. There are tons of videos out there for some great meal Ideas. The set up was easy since the legs are already attached and you just have to fold them out. One thing I didn't like was on the side shelves there were these huge stickers you had to peel off and the glue was so strong it took off some paint on the side shelves. Now I have these tiny imperfections on my shelves :( If you get one maybe apply some heat with a hair dryer so it comes off easier.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
