Very easy to follow. Much better than reading instructions. Only problem is that I have an extra panel and bolts that aren't listed in instructions.

We absolutely love our new Freestyle 425 grill! The four burners light quickly, it comes to tempurature quickly and it cooks uniformly. It was easy to assemble with good instructions.

This 425 natural gas freestyle grill replaces our 20 year old Ducane 2 burner, hoping this new one and I will last that long too! What i love: 1) 4 burners 2) Temp gauge pegs out over 700°F probably 800+ 3) Natural gas unit comes ready to assemble no conversion needed 4)Great assembly instructions except for where to run natural gas line from top area(confusing) 5) Lower profile than the Rogue 425 6)The turbo light is a cool feature 7) The way it re-lights if one of the burners blow out. 8) Was missing a cover on slide out drip pan, Napolean took care of it right away via email, i'm just waiting to receive it(i have order number) good customer service! What i don't like: 1) Has cast iron grills instead of Stainless steel 2) Has ceramic coated steel Sear plates instead of Stainless Steel 3) large slide out drip pan is Ceramic coated steel 4) No Side Sear/burner 5) Temp gauge maxes out at 700°F (LOL) needs to be 1000°F to give a clear reading 6) European model has the grills and Sear plates in Stainless along with a Side burner 7) The cost of the stainless upgrades push price much higher, but will help eliminate long term rusting issues What I changed and added: 1) I purchased the Rogue 425 Stainless Grills they fit right in(we only wanted this model because of lower profile) 2) In process of purchasing Stainless steel Sear plates that go over burners to replace the Ceramic coated steel ones that will rust out (the Rogue 425 ones fit) 3) Purchased the Napoleon grill cover, fits great. 4) Ordered aluminum drip pans and large drip tray covers. Hope this helps someone.

I bought this two years ago and it already doesn't work. Customer service is useless they never answer the phone, so I assume there dealing with a lot of unhappy customers. Don't buy, there other better options out there and its not Napoleon. 0 stars from me

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
