Warranty
Unlike the standard Blaze Grills, the Blaze Gas Grills BLZ-3-LBM(LP/NG), BLZ-4-LBM(LP/NG) can be used in multi-user applications, including but not limited to: apartment complexes, hotels, condo complexes, fire stations, police stations, multi-family dwellings, etc. For multi-user applications, Blaze applies the following warranty: Three (3) year warranty on stainless steel grill housing, stainless steel burners, cooking grids, control valves, and manifold assembles. A ninety (90) day warranty applies to all other components. This warranty replaces the lifetime warranty offered with residential use when grill is used in multi-user settings.

This grill is awesome! It was shipped very professional, easy to put together and test. It cooks great. Just in time for summer, I will be using it allot. They thing that I would recommend is to provide a regulator with a longer hose. I had to use my old hose because the new hose would not reach the propane tank.

Great grill with solid heat distribution and sleek design. Burns propane efficiently and heats up fast. Assembly took longer than expected, but overall cooking results are excellent. Would recommend with minor patience.

This is my 2nd Blaze grill. The last one (5 burner) sold with our old house. Reordered and install a 4 burner at the new house - exact same model, just a different size. I really like this grill as the high setting is "high" and gets hot fast! Pricing on this grill is great compared to brands of similar size.

I purchased the Blaze grill because it is supposed to be a premium grill highly recommended by BBQGuys. I like the overall quality and design of the grill but experienced a burner igniter issue (burner would not light) immediately. BBQGuys sent me a link to a video and told me to follow the instruction to fix the issue; but this was not effective. It appears the burner igniter issue is a well known defect in the market and it sounds like it is difficult getting BBQGuys to help resolve it. Hopefully I will be more successful getting my burner issue resolved and can update this review with a higher rating.

I got this grill a year ago and I expected long lasting high quality. However I have already had to replace the Propane safety valve, All 4 igniters have stopped working and there is moisture behind the temp gauge. It seems like they use high quality steel but low quality parts. One issue, things happen but 6 part failures is just a poor quality build. Find something else.

Shipping was great, and it fit my space perfectly. The grill itself is fantastic! Starts at the turn of a knob and gets very hot (500 degrees) very quickly. I am still learning to cook on it, but indirect cooks are easy and fast. My only complaint is that it comes with only a standard length hose that did not reach through my cabinet to the propane tank and I needed to purchase a longer (steel braided) hose to replace the standard length rubber hose.

Hi Joe. We recommend reaching out to a local, licensed gas professional. The regulator will likely remain in place and the hose attached to the regulator. There will be fittings needed that a licensed plumber will have with them.

An insulated jacket is not required if the framing and facing on the island are non-combustible materials.

The Prelude has 8mm round cooking rods and tubular cooking burners where the Blaze Premium LTE has 9mm triangular cooking rods and a cast linear burner. The LTE also has a rear rotisserie burner where the Prelude does not.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
