Great Griddle the only thing is I wish it was adjustable in height~

The Cuisinart Gas Griddle was the perfect solution to cooking during our hot Southern Californian summer. We literally cooked all our meals on this beautiful griddle , from fried eggs to chicken breast and even marinated tofu. The griddle does need to seasoned as it is cast iron. After a good smoke the surface changes color and is ready for cooking. Overall the size it perfect and we love the addition of wheels to move it around our backyard or even pack it up for a camping trip.

The Cuisinart Gas Griddle is great to cook on. There are so many things I love about this idea, the concept, and how my food has turned out when cooking on it. First-this griddle is huge. It is very, very heavy. The griddle itself is what weighs a lot-which is great because its sturdy and thick and like an outdoor cast iron griddle. The intention is to take this with you-camping, tailgating, etc. Personally, I do not think we will transport it much-it is heavy and difficult to maneuver into our truck bed. We tent camp and are limited in our storage space. However, it would be amazing if you were able to cook your breakfast on the griddle when camping-so if this is your plan and you are able--this would be a great purchase! The unit does have wheels and is moveable. The propane has an insert/holder and can sit/rest on the bottom legs and it is easier to move when the propane is not connected. The legs do fold down as well. The griddle does need to be seasoned before use-oiling and heating and reapplying. Once you have a good season the food cooks easily and does not stick. There are a few hot spots and, once pre heated, I find the griddle needs to be low-medium for best cooking. We have made bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, pancakes as well as fajitas and quesadillas. Everything came out amazing. Plus it has enough space for cooking a lot at a time. There are grease cups to catch drips. These are simple to remove and clean. I have found simply wiping the grill down after use and a light wiping of oil prior to cooking is keeping the griddle in great shape. It is easy to care for. I wish the griddle came with a cover-if only to protect it. When storing, not cooking. I am used to other grills we have having some sort of top to them and this does not. Overall I am so pleased with this griddle. It is made of great quality, it cooks food well, it is easy and fun to use. It is portable and could be used in different places. I recommend this griddle!

This little grill is very cool, once you get it set up properly. Follow the instructions. It is easy to use and works well, especially for the size of the grill.

Let's start with how simple this was to put together, it was amazingly easy and took hardly any time at all. The fact that I can fold this and store it somewhere if I want is also a big plus. The sheer magnitude of food you can cook on this thing is awesome as well not to mention the amount of items you can fit on the cooktop at once! the versatility makes this item perfect for a family breakfast or even a bbq cookout. I would recommend this product and I have already purchased a cover and cleaning set so I can take care of it so this baby lasts for a long time.

This griddle is amazing. I'm so happy with this griddle. This is my first time having an outside griddle. It was very simple to put together. The griddle is very heavy because the griddle plate is very thick. Once it's put together the griddle is very sturdy. I cooked Chinese food on my griddle and it was amazing. The noodles cooked perfect. With this griddle I no longer have to go anywhere for Chinese food I can just cook it myself. There is a lot of space on the griddle to cook different foods as well. It also has to grease catcher, that are really convenient.

This wonderful product the 28" Two Burner Gas Griddle is up to par. Grilling evenly from shrimp kabobs to fish. I've done pancakes, bacon, eggs and potatoes. Everyone loved how everything came out just right.

This gas griddle is perfect for grilling up so many things. With hamburgers, this is the perfect way to grill since the flat surface allows the burger to cook in a little bit of fat, so the taste is so juicy and flavorful. With hot dogs, I don't have to worry about the hot dogs falling through the BBQ grates! It's also perfect for sauteing veggies to go with the meal! Next, I'm going to try cooking a full on breakfast with fried eggs, bacon, potatoes! The grill is pretty heavy, but with the wheels, it's easy to maneuver into place. You will definitely need two people to lift it into your car when you take it camping or for a tailgate. Solidly built - I look forward to using this grill for many years to come!
