Purchased this cooker for its versatility and capacity. I really like how fuel efficient it is. Because of that I can do over night cooks in below zero temperatures and not have to worry about running out of fuel. I like the fact it is steel and not ceramic like some other Kamado grills. Weber builds a solid product.

My first cook was some short ribs, had to cook them for about 5 hours, I got the temperature to 275 once there the grill held that temperature for the duration of the cook, the ribs came out great!

This is Weber's premier charcoal product and it is indeed excellent at what it does. The fit and finish are great, the fuel efficiency beats my already high expectations and while I will still use my regular kettle, Smokey Joe and Searwood for other jobs, this is my favorite and go-to grill. Two gripes though: the metal box on the front with the logo on it is super flimsy and cheap feeling, it's the only part that feels this way and could have been better. I think the hooked handle on the 70th anniversary kettles was significantly higher quality to this box with stamped out hooks on the sides. And the cooker should come with a 2nd charcoal grate so you can always leave the lower in place and just insert your 2nd one if you want to cook hot and fast. It's a pain to move the bottom one up to the higher level.

If you used gas and/or pellets before and want to take it to the next level of flavor with charcoal and wood smoking, this is a great choice! There are a few KAMADO style cookers to choose from, I loved this price point and the lighter weight. Was easy to assemble by myself and move around the backyard by myself, holds steady temps, and is quick to get up to temp. I've only had a few cooks on it up to this point, but so far I'm extremely happy with my decision and very grateful to have the best support company backing this with Weber. They are nothing short of amazing and I am truly appreciative.

The capacity to keep his heat is amazing and use way less coal to cook and reach the desired temperature. The heat deflector allow to use 100% of the grate as we smoke, this barbecue is a game changer

Ive been using the Weber Summit for 1-1/2 years. I've very happy with it. It's so versatile. I use it for smoking, grilling & more. However, I do wish that Weber would correct the top vent to prevent the vent from shifting every time the lid is opened.

A grill that will do everything but with a few minor flaws. The top vent will change positions every time when opening lid. You will get it adjusted for that perfect long cook but if you open the lid you will have to find it again. Should be a way to lock in the position.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
