I purchased this as a gift for my wife, but I am the one that ends up using it most of the time. I decided to go with Napoleon because they are a Canadian company and seem to be putting out good product from what I could see. The unit is very well made, all the way from the fire box to the wheels I am quite happy with the construction of this product, I didn't assemble it myself so I don't have intimate knowledge of the grill but from the parts that I touch and see I can see it is very well made and should last for many years. Unfortunately I have only had it for 6 months so I cannot speak to the longevity of this grill. I have owned 2 other grills before this one and this is by far the best grill I have ever owned. Side folding shelves allow you to make this a very compact unit for storage if necessary. I keep the shelves in their up position as it works better with the cover I purchased. Jetfire ignition is very nice to use as it does not have a igniter with a battery, one less part to worry about. Once again due to the short duration of ownership I cannot comment on the longevity of this part but the function is great and I have not had any problems with it so far. The grill grid that came with mine were the cast iron grids, it comes in 2 pieces and are very heavy. No issues with any sort of warping at this time nor do I see this to be an issue in the future. I seasoned these in my oven prior to using them in the BBQ and so far no rust. With regular use there should not be any issue with rusting. My personal preference would have been an enameled cast iron as opposed to the raw finish. Apparently these can be used on both sides with one side providing different functionality. I have yet to flip the plates to use on the other side. The grill size is perfect for my family and even when we have a few guests over depending on what we are cooking. I could see larger families finding this grill small but it works well for 4 adults. On high heat the grill can heat up to 500 degrees, (per the onboard thermometer) relatively quickly. I mainly grill on this and I have not done any smoking or low slow BBQ style cooking. It may work well for that but there also seems to be quite a large slot on t he back which could result in a lot of heatloss. Overall works well for all your BBQ faves like steak, burgers, chicken wings and hotdogs. There is some angling to the heat bars which makes me think the grill has some hotter zones and some cooler zones. I believe the back is a bit cooler than the front. Cleanup is nice on this grill. The catch pan is removable and catches a lot of food that falls into the fire box. The grease catcher is also very nice and catches all the grease that falls out. Keep these cleaned regularly and the grill should be in good shape. The wavy grid also works with wooden BBQ scrapers if you want to use those instead of a bristle brush. All the exterior surfaces wipe clean quite easily and the warming rack is easily removed for easier cleaning. Overall this grill is fantastic, I didn't give it 5 stars because I wish the tool hangers were on the front of the grill instead of the side, in addition I feel there are some inconsistent hotspots and cold spots on the grill. This is usually the case with most grills anyways so not a big deal, just need to know where these spots are. Wish I got the one with the infrared sizzle zone but I couldn't find one available when I was purchasing.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
