We needed a natural gas grill with folding side tables to fit the small space on our deck where it's stored. This is perfect. And of course the quantity is terrific. It lights and heats up quickly. The flames are easy to adjust so it's easy to get the temperature needed, whether super hot or low. Small things like a cover that is long and constructed from a waterproof fabric which is lightweight and not bulky make it a joy to use.

We wanted something of very high quality with searing capability, but not monsters (large grills) that we have had in the past. Sleek, clean look...and for the past 60 days we have been grillin'...we're a fan!

Better than Web but could be better. No heat shield in top, not as solidly built, uses more propane than my old W The wheel locks suck. Maybe due to corporate nickel and diming the price down. However it cooks great, heats up well and essentially does what it needs to do

The assembly instructions could use some improvement in certain areas, but it is commendable that the entire grill can be put together using just one size screw. This eliminates the hassle of searching for the right screw size and length, streamlining the assembly process significantly. In terms of performance, the burners on the grill ignite effortlessly with a simple turn of the knob, accompanied by a satisfying click sound, and the flame is ready to go. It heats up rapidly, outperforming my previous grill, and is capable of reaching higher temperatures. From my initial usage, it appears that the grill heats evenly, providing consistent cooking results. The stainless steel drip pan beneath the grates is a convenient feature that I appreciate. Additionally, the four 360-degree rotating wheels make it effortless to move the grill around, enhancing its portability and convenience. The grill was packaged securely, ensuring that it arrived in excellent condition just a few days after placing the order. I am highly satisfied with the prompt service provided, which added to the overall positive experience of purchasing and using this grill.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
