Customer Reviews
The grill heats up quickly and cooks beautifully. The cooking area is surprisingly large.
The Genesis weighs about a third less than the previous model. The knobs have no index marks to help tell if the burners are off Been grilling with Webers for 20 years. Never accidently left a burner on until now. Other models have rubber cushions to keep the lid from banging when you close it. This one sounds as tinny as a cheap discount store model. For the price of a weber you would hope Weber could throw in 2 rubber bumpers and add some red paint to the knobs. Also, right out of the box the side burner would pop and blow itself out but the gas would continue to flow. I hate to think what could have happened had I not been there to see it and shut the valve off. Instead of adjusting the air shutter on the burner the factory insisted on sending me a new burner to repair the problem. I will admit, this new model cooks more evenly than the previous 2 Webers.

Hi, We do appreciate your personal feedback. For the knobs, you have to go based on the little square that symbolizes that line to know where there pointed at. This is some feedback we will pass along to out team developers. Your grill still has warranty, you can always call us ay 800-446-1071 or email us at reviews@weberstephen.com and we can assist you. Thank you!
sides rusted in the first month. Weber sent cleaning products that did not resolve it

Hi, Please send us pictures via email at reviews@weberstephen.com that way we can assist you. Thank you!
Nice grill ! Very happy with the features. Plenty of space and firepower. Have grilled for years and am able to grill seafood, beef, pork and chicken along with vegetables since getting the SP-335.

Best grill you will ever buy. If I had room i would have purchased the genesis II. I love to try new grilling ideas after watching the many Weber 'how to grill' videos in YouTube. Love my Spirit grill.
Great grill heats up fast and hold temperature very well. Stainless steel grills clean up quickly.

Starts very easily. Nice flame. Only complaint is I wish the knobs were a little bit more heavy duty, maybe metal instead of plastic
Grills very even. Nice grill, but less than one year, I have already had to replace crossover tube. I will say that the customer service rep. was very nice and very know;ledgeable of what I needed. Just did not expect to have to replace it in less than one year.

Got this grill after reading really optimistic reviews and previously owning a weber. I would never recommend this grill to anyone. The worst I have ever owned. The frame is solid, but the burners are poorly conceived and integrated. The flames are inconsistent and exposed (especially the interconnecting flame between the burners. Get lots of flareups when cooking. It is tough to cook consistently on this grill and I grill a lot. Alas, will have to replace in less than a year of ownership. Don;t waste your money!

Hello! We are sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with your grill. we'd be happy to help you with this. Flare ups are a byproduct of grilling over live fire. The drippings falling down create the flare ups. While they can never be eliminated completely, below are some steps for reducing them: 1. Cleaning your grill. I recommend cleaning your cooking grates, Flavorizer bars, burner tubes, heat deflectors (if applicable), the inside of your cookbox, and your slide out grease tray. 2. If using a marinade, get as much excess liquid off as possible before putting the food on the grill. 3. If using a sauce, wait until the last 5-10 minutes to apply. If you have any other questions please contact our support team. Thanks and happy grilling!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.

30-Day Returns

No Restocking Fee
Most companies charge a restocking fee. We just don't do business that way.
