Heats quickly and evenly; that's the most important. Rolls easily on wheels. Assembly is easy with only a hour electric screwdriver, but unpacking the carton not so much; due to excellent packaging.

Love this BBQ, the 3 burners, the sear burner. The propane tank is hidden with a great feature of letting you know how much propane is left. The thermometer on the lid is fantastic.

Grill is a grill without temps below 325 degrees. Limits its use to grilling and not slow cooking. Shame on me for not asking before buying.

Tired of buying new grills every few years so decided to give Weber a shot. Too early to tell how long it will last but love it so far. Oddly enough, I have only used the griddle and have not used it as a grill. That's because the griddle works so well. The super smooth surface of the steel griddle (versus cast iron) gives it a fantastic seasoned surface that is now (after using it a few times) practically non-stick. I even cooked biscuits on it and it did great. It's not perfect however; the vent holes in the front of the griddle allow the heat from the burners to come up and it can be uncomfortable when you are cooking. Also, the grease hole dumps right onto the part of the burner assembly and the bottom of the grill before it makes it way to the disposable grease pan.

This grill is still quite new, but I have found it to be very capable. I have no trouble with it getting very hot in fair weather. I can't comment on performance in cold weather yet. The heat appears surprisingly even and flareups were very minimal owing to the open V flavorizer bars. Fat does not linger long, so flareup is controlled. Ignition system as thus far worked perfectly. Steel is a little flimsy and the grill frame may "rack a little if the surface you use it on is very uneven. Thus far, a great gas grill, and I have used many alot with Weber kettles.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
