Bought a new grill after having another brand for 13 years. Went with the Weber brand as they have very good reviews on most of their products. So far after about a month, I am very impressed with all the Weber features such as the grease catcher, the slanted base to drain grease and particles to disposable pan. Three burners plus the searing zone does a very good job sealing meats juices. Only set back I have experienced is the grill top size is smaller than my old grill , new grill is about 2/3 the size of my former grill.

This grill is just about worth the money for the grates alone. Easy to season and clean while having tremendous durability. This is my second Spirit E-330 and is just perfect for me. At times the grill space can become cramped, but is perfectly adequate for 90% of my grilling ventures. Also excells in cold winter temperatures when preheating. This grill was born for easy cleaning with the slide out tray and removable grease pan. Only picky gripe is I wish the side, external burner had more BTU power. My last '330 lasted 8 years of near constant grilling for every supper. We don't do that anymore, so I expect to get double the life out of this new one.

I am not at all mechanically inclined, but it was easy to assemble. I was missing a pair of screws, but I contacted Weber and they sent me replacements pretty quickly. The costumer service was great as well. I've only ever used cheap grills thinking it's basically just fire, gas, and metal so there wouldn't be much of a difference. I was wrong. This grill cooks so much more evenly. It's also sturdy and doesn't rattle like my previous grills. My only regret is not upgrading to a genesis.

Replaced my Spirit 210 with this upgrade. Everything cooks evenly and with three burners I can cook mulitple types of meat without fear or burning. Oh and I love the side burner!

A nice sized grill with just the features we need. One thing I hope Weber improves is their packaging. Ours was delivered with a damaged carton, The grill's door was damaged but is usable. Granted, the shipper could have been more careful, but they are not sometimes. Also I'd like to give a shout out to CSR Ronaldo N for painlessly resolving a different issue.

Grills well with minimal hot/cold spots. Hard to change propane tank; front control panel protrudes over door opening. Raised cross bar on grates makes cleaning more dificult than my previous Weber gas grill. Moving on uneven surface difficult due to small wheels and weight.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
