The rubber hose on the regulator is short and stiff, and made it difficult to attach the regulator to the propane tank correctly. I was not able to detach the hose and regulator from the grill so I could take it to the store where I purchased the grill and exchange it for a different one, so I worked to manipulate the hose and regulator further so it now seems to work.

We have the Spirit E-330 and it worked ok for about 6 months. Now the grill takes about 20 minutes to get up to 350 to 400 degrees, but never gets warm enough to grill a steak. Very difficult to get warranty service. Finally got a Weber tech here twice - and each time was advised "all fixed" but when we went to grill afterwards, same problems, even with various replacement parts. Perhaps this is just a bad unit - but now going on 8 months - and the grill is of no use to grill anything. Would strongly not recommend this model.

This grill is very powerful. I have grilled and used a rotisserie to cook a chicken and it was perfect. I love how I can sear my meat when I cook it.

Had a paint peel case on cook box. Took some pics talked to customer service and Weber sent me a new cook box no more questions asked. Nothing beats Weber grills

This E-330 replaced my old 11 year old 330. First off, I am so glad Weber moved the control knobs to the front of the grille. It is nice to have that clean flat space to set the plate of meat. The plastic end caps for the stainless shelves are a nice thought, but they don't work for me. The hooks are hard to "spot" when grilling (day or nightime). I would prefer two stainless knobs on the front of right shelf to hang my tongs. (similar to the new Weber griddle). I started to use the hooks on the end of my aux burner shelf to store my grille brush, but twice now the grill cover "catches" the brush when I lift the cover and it ends up falling down in the flower bed. (The brush now resides in the tank compartment.) The last feature I like is the searing burner when I cook steaks. Nice touch! I made out for years with just the 2 burners and it worked, but the 3 burners heat up faster and sear quickly! In closing, I've had the E330 for a month now and really like it. It's the perfect size for 2-6 people. (We also have a small deck and it has a smaller footprint.) Hope these comments help. Tom H

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
