This is an excellent tool for BBQ fans. Easy to assemble, install and use. It is the quality you would expect from Weber and is simple to use. The manual says it's good for up to 20#, and it looks like it will hold at least that much. Before purchasing this rotisserie, I read several reviews that complained about difficulties in assembling and operating the unit. These people probably shouldn't be allowed around open flames....there are not very many mechanical tools on this planet that are easier to use. I highly recommend this rotisserie if you enjoy your BBQ.

I was initially excited when I received this rotisserie as a birthday gift. Fresh out the box and the motor does not work at all. It just makes a humming sound but nothing turns. Complete utter garbage. Never was able to get one use out of it and good luck getting thru to talk to anyone from Weber right now. It is clear to me that you can no longer trust all of Weber's products, as they no longer Cary the quality that they once had.

I've only had my rotisserie a couple of weeks and used it for the first time a few days ago but let me tell you it is a great addition to my Weber gas grill. The chicken was moist throughout and the flavor amazing. You can add any spices and rubs that suit your fancy. I would highly recommend this product.

This rotisserie is the best one I've ever used. The motor has an of/off switch unlike most, the parts are all stainless steel and very robust. It turns at a perfect rate - not to fast, not to slow. Very pleased.

We absolutely love our rotisserie. We cooked a chicken on it..so tender and juicy. Looking forward to cooking roasts and lamb as well.

Considering my Weber is 17 years old this still fit perfectly. Installing the bracket was a snap. This thing works awesome! I've made 3 chickens in 3 weeks! Clearance on the bottom is tight for drip pan but again my grill is old too. Might not be an issue on newer Webers I just use tin foil on flavorizer bars. Or maybe I just need to learn how to tie up the wings better! Great product!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
