Really enjoy the grill. I recently moved and our old Weber grill did not make the move. It gave us fifteen years of great grilling experience and I knew I wanted a Weber grill again. This grill is perfect for us and the upgrades Weber has made are great. Looking forward to many more years of great grilling

It is too early to truly write a review on the grille, the electronics are not functioning. I considered a 0 star rating, but increased it to 1 star based upon the excellent service from Erica in the support group. She answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon, 5-5-24, and attempted to help me. The wiring harness for the control panel supply was improperly wired. The positioning of the red, blue, and black leads did not match the picture in the assembly instructions. Under her direction I plugged it in as supplied, but it did not work. Erica then entered a case number and took the time to register my grille. At this time I am waiting on a new control panel, it has been nearly a month and I have not received it. If the electronics of the grille are not going to work, I feel I deserve a refund for the electronic pricing of the grille. Please let me know your response, thank you.

Assembly took a while but was straightforward. I love the ingenious tank "gauge", the electronic temperature and cooking probe hookups are amazing. The grill lights in an instant and is easy to maintain a temperature when cooking.

My SX-315 performs very well and is generally well made. It is well designed for easy cleaning. The electronic features work reasonably well after making the Bluetooth connection. It's great to be able to accurately monitor temperatures on the app and the probe worked perfectly. It's a handsome piece of equipment, but I found the temperature control knobs to have a surprisingly cheap and loose feel, and the markings are less than useful. Assembly isn't difficult, but the instructions weren't a model of clarity.

Took me a few years to finally buy a grill. So glad it was a Weber and so glad it was this model. Love everything about it.

After assembling the grill the Weber Connect Module (The thermometer and heat control) did not work. I could not read the cooking temperature nor control it. I contacted Weber support spoke to a agent who put me through a series of tests and requesting I take and send photos to her hung up on me and sent me an e-mail to run further tests and advise them. This was well over 2.5 hours of my day. I then called back and spoke with another technician who luckily was able to understand what I had gone through and he determined that the Weber Control Module was faulty. After more questions and re-sending photos to him he was able to authorize a new Module be shipped to me. As of today (Approx. 1 week) I have not yet received it. Overall the grill is great, but the service and support lacks for a company that prides itself on quality and support. I hope this was an isolated case and look forward to receiving a new Module that works where I can enjoy the grill and receive the value that I paid for.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
