Very nice grill until I tried to get the Weber Connect Module to work. I am on my third call to customer support without any resolution. They have made many promises for replacement parts, but they never arrive. Then you must start all over again.

Frame should be made from heavier gauge metal especially the frame that supports the top pin on the door. I would expect better quality from a highly respected brand name two oils for utensils would have been nice on the other shelf as well. Tip download the grill app & connect the module that way much easier connection.

Obviously you can't beat a Weber-quality, reliability and customer service. I do wish the side tables dropped down like on the Spirit II.

I've had the grill about a month. There were a lot of steps to the assembly process, but instructions were very helpful. The grill is sturdy, heats up fast and maintains the temperature well. One does have to remember to turn off the control panel, but that's a minor issue. I haven't had flare-up problems, and like that I can still indirect grill with the 3 burners. The Bluetooth connection and app is awesome. A bit of a struggle to initially set up, but once connected it's been great.

Assembly went smoothly with two people following the written instructions. App setup was simple. Very satisfied with this grill. Easy to operate controls. Cooks evenly. Just the right size for small to medium family cookouts on the patio and should serve our needs.

This Weber grill is both fun and easy to use. It gets hot fast and delivers it evenly. By utilizing the app you can set the timer and focus on other things before turning your attention back to the grill.

Unlike the cheap grills you buy from the box stores, this grill is well designed and built. No my meat don't get burnt, nor I have to sit next to it when I barbecue. The smart features and the app lets me monitor the temperature from anywhere so my food stays at the temperature I want it to be while cooking. The features I like the most are, the burners that sit deep and the flavourizers keep the burners from the drips. Smart features are an icing on cake

Well priced but quality is in question. After using few times my kid lucky did not explode house. Failed valve start leaking gas. It is good that that after feeling string smell did not tried to ignite and told me there is strong smell of gas. After calling company they opened a claim and said new valve will be overnited. Anyway bad expierence and do not trust this grill anymore. We had long weekend ruined ! had many steaks to cook in the oven :(

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
