I replaced an older Spirit 3 burner with this in stainless. It's a pretty nice grill that heats up fast but honestly it was pricey. And to top it off… The grill lid has two quarter sized round stains in the metal which look terrible. The dealer said that it's normal with these grills but for the, price I expected more. (Also, the dealer said my rotisserie attachment from my old grill would not work with the new grill so that went right into the trash).

This is another great grill. The only issue so far is removing the grease tray- it's tricky. Otherwise the grill is great.

We have always wanted a Weber and recently we purchased the Spirit S-315 Grill. We have not regretted this purchase in any way. Our first time using it we grilled perfect steaks. It is a sturdy, well built grill and we trust it will give us many more years of good service.

Ordered Spirit S-315 online 2 months ago and it arrived with the wrong back panel in the box. After several calls to customer service, I am STILL WAITING for a backordered part. Terrible quality control when assembling their products and even worse website that is useless when trying to view order status. All the customer service does is give promises that the part will be shipped out right away, which obviously is just to get me to hang up with hope. Just awful service on a brand new grill.

Nice grill. Heats up well with three burners. Burner layout is good running front to back instead of side to side as the old spirits did. The two side shelves are handy. Only defect is the wheels are too small for outdoor use on imperfect terrain.

Had it for a week, cooked steak and pork chops. Replaced my old SS Jenn Air which was too large for today. Made a few changes. No idea why the cabinet has a giant hole in the bottom, covered it up with new sheet metal so brushes and such do not fall out. Did not find an option to get a half grate, half griddle on this unit, so I bought a drop in replacement. For this much cost I would expect a more robust burner design, the pipe with saw cuts design has never lasted on prior grills, even the Jenn-Air with real stainless steel tubes. Hardware assembly with screws instead of bolts and nuts was a little disappointing. Seems over priced.

This grill was bought as a gift from my kids to their dad for Father's Day in June. Unfortunately one of the critical pieces was broken. I got in touch with Weber and was told the piece was out of stock but would be shipped directly from the company who makes it. I have received several emails stating that I had not responded to their email and they were going to close the case. I replied to EVERY email yet I still continue to receive these messages. I did write a scathing letter on Tuesday and have heard nothing back. Needless to say I cannot rate the grill because we have not been able to use it. I can say that their customer service is terrible.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
