The kid of my grill has rust spots all over it. This started happening within a few mos of purchasing. I keep it inside of my screened in porch, so it isn't exposed to rain. I have sent an email to Weber but haven't gotten a response.

We are sorry to hear about the trouble with your grill but we would be happy to help you. If your grill is located in a coastal or humid area, or if chlorine is present in your environment, additional maintenance will be needed to keep up the appearance of the exterior steel parts. Below are a couple helpful tips. 1. At the first sign of staining/discoloration/surface rust we would recommend cleaning with stainless steel cleaner (ex. Noxon 7). Once cleaned, we recommend using a stainless steel polish (ex. Weber's brand) to keep it looking its best in-between cleanings. 2. Once a week we would recommend wiping down the grill with a wet towel or rag and then drying completely. 3. We would only recommend covering your grill if you know inclement weather is coming. 4. The quicker you get at a stain the easier it will be to clean off. If cleaning the lid with Noxon 7 does not help, please contact our support team. Thanks!

The so-called "convenient side tables" no longer fold down as in previous models....an obvious ploy by Weber to squeeze every single last penny out of its costs. Now the Weber units take up much more storage space. Very sad to see a great American company run by a bunch of finance and accounting types running the company with a Chinese mentality.

I've been able to use the grill only a few times, being in the middle of winter in Nebraska. I like how fast the grill heats up, and stays at an even heat throughout the grilling. So far, so good.

WOW! What an amazing grilling exper! Never had such a great gas grill experience. Followed the Weber Grill set up and guide instructions and results were as promised. Would highly recommend this grill!

really only used it about 8 times, so still pretty early but thus far, very happy. Do need to buy some brushes and once gets warm, make sure clean it. Also, for the price I paid, would be nice to thrown in a cover. Using my old one, which works but not great.

This is my second Spirit 3 grill. The first one lasted 6 years, expect the same quality and longevity on my new one. Living in Fl, we use it at least 2 times a week. This weekend is Super Bowl lots of treats coming off the grill on Sunday.

I like cooking on the grill, but right out of the box I had a leaking regulator. I called for a replacement and they sent one no problem, but the new one leaked as well I've had to move things around in order for it not to leak.

Hello, we are sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with your propane. What you are describing could be the result of a bad connection, hose and regulator, or LP tank. We suggest trying a different propane tank as this may be caused by a bad propane gasket. My Spirit S-315 is replacing a Kenmore SS grill I had for a long time. I was fortunate tp get this grill during the off-season for significant savings, but it was still more expensive than competitor's grills. I mostly got it because of its cast aluminum firebox, because the steel one rusted out in the Kenmore. I've found the grill heats quickly, cooks well and can get very hot. The Weber moves easier than the old grill because all 4 castors move, unlike the other grill's two set rear wheels. The propane tank is a bit difficult to hang on the scale inside the cabinet, but I like I can quickly see the gas level and that it's out of sight. My Kenmore had a side burner I never used, so I don't care this grill doesn't have one. I will say I'm disappointed the S-315 doesn't share the same overall 10-year warranty other Weber grills have. Overall, I think I'm going to be pleased with this grill; especially if it proves to be as durable as I hope. But only time will tell if the higher price was worth it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
