Excellent grilling at higher heat and great control over the temperature in smaller zones than my 22 year old Weber Genesis. Grilling surface is just the right size for a family of four.
Weber had great warranty/ parts process! Although we had some issues within the first year- it is still built much better quality than any other grill we have had of other brands. The warranty parts people were awesome and got us replacement parts right away.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We glad to hear you liked the quality and warranty of your Spirit grill. Helping you with those issues was our pleasure and we are always happy to help. If we can assist you further please reach out to us at support@weberstephen.com. Thanks!
I've owned Webber grills for over 35 year. Charcoal and gas. I purchased the Spirit S-315 A few months ago and wish I didn't. The dials are extremely hard to read . I've left my grill on 3 three times thinking I had turned the burners off. Emptied out my Tank 3 times. Also the tank is very hard to reach and turn off and on because it's under the grill . Extremely hard to disconnect it to refill it. I noticed the newer models have the dials marked with red lines. Do you take trade ins?

This medium sized grill heats up quickly and does not flare up and is easy to maintain a preferred temperature. Best grill I have ever owned.
the grill is a weber this is our third one in 40 years. i have one problem the propane should be on the outside. a small person will have troubles put a tank in.to tight of space.
The casters supplied with this product are overloaded so that they do not swivel properly, and stop the unit like a brick wall at any imperfection of the floor higher than 1/16". The difficulty of moving the unit reduces my satisfaction with it considerably.

Hello. We are very sorry to hear about your disappointment with the caster wheels of your grill. We appreciate your feedback, and we will be sure to pass along your comments to the appropriate party. If you need any help with your grill, be sure to reach out to us at reviews@weberstephen.com. Thanks!
Grill does a decent job but goes into safe mode WAY to easy limiting heat output. Its a pain to have to disconnect tank ad it is a pain to not be able to just turn on and ignite after turning gas on.

Hello, we are sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with your grill. The following is how recommend starting the grill each and every time you grill: To ensure that you are not inadvertently activating the safety device as you turn on the grill, please use the following procedure: -Turn all burner control knobs to OFF, including the side burner control knob if present. -Make sure the grill lid is open. Open the LP tank valve and then wait at least 60 seconds. This will allow the hose and regulator to pressurize. -Turn the appropriate burner control knob for your model grill to the START/HIGH position and then ignite the grill by pushing the ignition button. -Turn each of the other burner control knobs to high, one at a time, and press the igniter button (if applicable for your model). Repeat this process until all the burners have been lit. -Close the grill lid. -The grill should reach approximately 500 to 550 degrees in 10-15 minutes. If you continue to experience an issue please contact our support team. Thanks!
I actually liked my old Weber three burner better. No rotisserie feature on this one and no printed food temperature guide, and no temperature probe.
After a 20 year Weber Silver I bought in 1999, I have a new Silver, old one still works. New one has 3 burners and more grille surface a great up grade and still priced right. I am always looking to purchase USA made products. Packaging is most impressive, glad I watched a YouTube video before i started to unpack. Assembly took some time and I am above handy, get it assemble if you are not.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.

30-Day Returns
Return all new, unused, and unassembled items in their original packaging, and we'll give you a full refund minus the cost of the original AND return shipping.
No Restocking Fee
Most companies charge a restocking fee. We just don't do business that way.
