Nice grill. Replaced a Genesis from the mid 90's and still learning with this new model. The small wheels don't roll as easy on new concrete but other than that a very nice grill and looks good too

Great quality! It cooks evenly and flare ups are less frequent than I've experienced with other grills. The only challenge I've had is getting a deep sear on meats. The heat, while more consistent than other grills, seems to lack the intensity to create dark grill marks.

Bought this to replace a Genesis silver that we had for almost 12 yrs. This grill is much nicer. I like the idea that it has vertical heat zones instead of a front and back heat zone. Once I learned how to properly adjust heat temp it was a breeze to use. I can finally now try indirect cooking. It's easy to clean and I will be using it often. I hope it lasts as long as my first one. I had a Weber baby Q for almost 20 years which we took camping and in fact a friend of ours is still using it. I love your products and would recommend Weber to everyone.

Not even a year after purchase & properly covered, rust stains everywhere & would not catch fire. You are left with putting pieces back together. I'll never invest in Weber again.

We are glad to see that our support team assisted with sending the necessary replacement parts. We would recommend cleaning with stainless steel cleaner at the first sign of staining/discoloration/surface rust. Once cleaned, we recommend using a stainless steel polish to keep it looking its best in-between cleanings. This is my second Weber. The first one lasted almost 20 years and still works I am trying to give it away but it's like getting rid of an old friend. So far so good on the new one. I am enjoying the 3 burners so I can cook with indirect heat.

gas burner valve nobs I do not like the way they work. i had an older genesis grille felt and worked better. the handle for the cover is stainless steel and heats up and gets hot when grilling, should have had some type of insulated cover over it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
