Even heat and starts right up. However, difficult to put full tank on weight scale. If there were a modification to narrow down the hole so tank would sit in hole without weight scale that would solve problem.

The top of my grill has already started rusting before I even used it! I bought a Weber grill cover and co feed it as soon as it was put together. Went out to use it the next day and it is rusting.

The grill itself is very good, as usual. When Weber guarantees their products for 10 years, believe it, because by the time that you have had a grill for ten years, you can be sure that the body will be rusted out and in need of replacement, which is why I replaced my old grill with the Spirit S-315! Smaller than my previous model, and without the very seldom used side burner, this model has one serious drawback, namely the once again useless weight scale in the lower compartment! It is very difficult to hang/install a heavy ully filled LP tank in and under the lower cabinet. I had to call the very well-spoken service dept., and was helped by a competent staff member who told me that many customers were stymied by this feature. I have discouraged two friends from buying this model because of that feature, knowing that they wouldn't be able to handle the tank installation and hookup! Otherwise, it is better built than my previous model!

I owned a Weber gas grill for 20+ years and loved it. My children gave me a pellet grill when the Weber died. I am not a fan of the pellet grills and I missed my Weber, so I finally decided to go back to a Weber gas grill.

Very happy with the purchase of the S-315 grill. Narrowing down the confusing choices between models was my only frustration. Didn't need a side burner and was tempted to upgrade to stainless streel grates but ended up with this model with standard cast iron. Great size, heats up quick for a single steak or a bunch of burgers.

IIt is very very difficult to install the tank on the fill gauge. I place a piece of plywood on the base to cover the tank hole and just set the tank on top. I think a inline gas gauge would work better.

The grill itself is great and I love the ceramic coated grill plates, although I have only had the grill for 6 weeks now the warming rack has never been used, it is already beginning to show signs of rust. This is causing me to question the quality of the chrome plating, and indirectly then the quality of all the coatings and how long they will last.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
