This is my 5th Weber grill and or smoker purchase, that alone says a lot. Great products and brand 365 days a year, well made, long lasting, and superb results every time.

It is as good as advertised. My old Weber summit died and replaced with smaller grill and I am very pleased.

Jut the right size for us. The three jets are easier to keep the heat in the correct spots on the grill surface. This time I bot the Weber cover and it fits perfectly and the quality of the material is great. Flexible in the cold. My last Weber Grill lasted ten years. Hoping for the same.

The regulator on the propane tank makes nearly impossible to get a full blown flame going right off the bat. Takes three or four attempts before you get full flame and even then it's still not really hot.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. If your grill is not heating and lighting properly, there could be an issue with your gas tank. If your regulator detects a leak, it will reduce gas flow as a safety precaution. Please perform a soapy water leak test to determine if there is a leak. If no leak is found, your regulator could be inadvertently detecting a leak. This is called "bypass." To prevent bypass, follow the directions below. This is not only the reset, but how you want to light your grill each and every time. Open the lid Make sure all knobs are in the off position (including side burner if applicable) Turn your LP tank on all the way Wait 60 seconds Turn the first burner to start/high Hit your igniter Turn on all remaining burners Close the lid Let your grill preheat to 500-550°F Our Support team will follow up with you soon to make sure that your grill is working as expected. Solid grill, great value for the money. Super easy to light, and I haven't noticed any uneven cooking yet. The propane scale is a nice feature. Would purchase again.

This product works great I still have my 20 years old Weber but it does not fit in my balcony That is why I purchased this one. In the ad it sounds like it has folding side table but it doesn't which after putting it together you don't want to return it I call tech support but they couldn't help me Is turn off for me but as far as performance is concerned it's the best product for the money

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
