Got this as a gift for fathers day early and to replace my old Weber Kettle which is still going but wanted to move away from brickets and use some LP Gas. This grill is top notch. Super easy to put together in roughly 90 minutes taking my time. It also helps to know all the parts of it and what can be cleaned. Have been using it once a week for the last month and it's amazing. The Cast Iron grate is perfect for steaks and veggies alike. Quality of the materials is amazing and I'm surprised about how fast it heats up, stays hot, the the LP lasts a very long time. Perfect for grilling year round. Cleaning the grill is a breeze. You can't get better value, quality,for the money than with Spirit. Unless you really want some fancy capabilities like smart grilling - don't look anywhere else.

It's a solid grill. It has a propane weight that allows you to see how much gas you have left. A grease tray that catches the grease and is easy to clean. Hooks that hold utensils. Storage pace underneath with doors to hide items. Holds the heat well. Once the food is cooking, I can lower the heat and the food continues to cook so I use less gas. Also has a 10 year warranty.

The grill performs as promised and expected. It took me a bit more than the stated 1.5 hours to assemble it, and the app was very helpful to understand the pictures in the printed manual. So far I'm happy with it.

Extremely easy to assemble, very well thought out and diagrams were clear and concise. The grill starts easily and like my Genesis, is very easy to cook on. Only been using the Spirit for 2 weeks but enjoying it immensely.

The second burner lighting system doesn't work well. It takes a build up of gas before lighting…a bit scary.

Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear you are not pleased with the performance of your Spirit S-315, but we are here to help! Your grill should be able to reach the same high temperature we expect from all of our grills, at least 450 F. If your grill is not getting that hot, we would suggest starting by double-checking your current gas pressure. The gas pressure provided to the grill is of the utmost importance, it affects the performance of the burner tube(s). The brand new grill was damaged inside the box. I contacted customer service and submitted my sales receipt. I was told that because I did not purchase the grill from an "authorized dealer" that the damaged parts would not be replaced. What difference does it make what store I bought the grill from? It is Weber that provides the warranty, not the store.

Be advised that there is no warranty for any Weber branded products purchased on auction sites or physical auctions. These are typically private individuals who sell merchandise they own. There is no way to determine the history of a grill, origin, modifications, or original ownership. Weber has nothing to do with these sellers. We would like to hear more about this experience. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
