This current design is very un Weber like in my opinion. We have always had Weber grills that have lasted for years. One of the weak links is all 4 wheels are small. We cook on ours all year long. Normally it's on a concrete patio. If rain or snow is expected I move it under our sunroom which means riding on the lawn. Other models we've owned had one pair of fixed larger wheels making the transition easier. The reason we bought this one is the cost with larger wheels that we like was prohibitive and at 82 years old didn't make sense to spend that kind of money plus they are much heavier. We will more than likely never have to buy another grill. The food is still exceptionally tasty as always. In years past, there were specific covers for each model that fit. This new cover is not a good fit and looks sloppy. Once again un Weber like. We live just north of Boston. I just noticed because of my 4 star rating I wasn't able to answer the last 17 questions. Interesting.

Downsized to a 3 burner and was not disappointed. This is a great grill for the money.

This grill runs hot. Very difficult to cook at temperatures below 400 degrees.

I like the construction, fot and finish of the grill. It's a bit touchy to get a stable temperature set. It seems to burn extremely hot. In order to get a 450 temp, one burner is off, one is on low and the third is somewhere between medium and low. The stainless steel side bars are already developing rust spots even though it has been wiped down and covered after the one use prior to today. It's hard to be totally happy.

I waited far too long for this. I owned a large property with large in ground pool and huge dining area, and never felt it was worth the price of a Weber grill given that most grills had such a short lifespan. Now that we've downsized significantly, we decided it was time to take the plunge and get a quality grill, that being a Weber. We knew better. We just could never pull the trigger. Now that we have I realize that I spent too many years and too much money on the "big box store" grills that really never performed like this Weber. The weight alone speaks volumes. When you turn the burners on and close the lid, this sucker gets HOT and stays HOT. Food cooks evenly and, thus far, perfectly. If its in your budget, get a Weber, and never look back.

Delivered with defective regulator and hose. Regulator and hose replacements were also defective.

im very happy with my new grill that weber replaced for me due to the issues i had with my smokefire pellet grill i thought it was special that weber did that for me i will always go back to weber and purchase my grilling needs thank you very much Andrew and the staff from weber

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
